I’ve been living in Gainesville for a year and a half and my only regret is not finding this place sooner. The location is easy to miss and doesn’t look like much from the outside, but when I walked inside I was surprised how clean and professional it was. I was helped almost immediately and the lady who cut my hair was very polite. She listened to what I wanted and delivered. The cut was quick, but it wasn’t rushed and it was topped off with a complimentary shampoo. In all my time in Gainesville that was the best haircut I’ve gotten. I was extremely satisfied and was only made more pleased when I learned that students only pay $ 10 compared to the usual $ 12 charge. I am glad to say I have found my location of choice for a haircut in Gainesville and am happy to return as long as I’m here.

Went here for a haircut today for the first time. Bella cut my hair and it was the best haircut I’ve had in Gainesville! Will return to her 100%. Only weird thing about this place was when I walked in I wasn’t really greeted by the dude who usually asks if you’re a walk in or have an appointment. Idk if he was scared to cut my hair or what… he just stared at me. I sat down and had to initiate the conversation: «HELLO (with a big smile) I’m here for a haircut» I think they need to work out that system of greeting folks and saying «it’ll be a minute, have a seat» when you walk in. Once I got over the early vibes I was so grateful I found my new go-to person for haircuts.

Awful customer service! Waited for 45 mins & no one said a word to me! So walked out. Very surprised bc randy was right there. Also, Shirley and bob are horrible barbers! Stay away from them. The cute brunette and randy are really the only competent staff.
Now, with no time, I have get a cut from this sh! tty Super Cuts. This is what you get when you try to support local business, screwed!
This is my second bad review, never coming back and going to discourage anyone I know from going to either location in the future.

I come here every two months to get my hair cut and its decently one of the best barbershops in town. Randy is my hero when it comes to getting a hair cut here. He knows exactly what you want and fellows the style and trends you are interested in. Plus the haircut price is $ 12. That’s cheap for a haircut! They can also fix up your bread if you have one.

I have been going to Randy’s for over two years now and have never been disappointed. All of the workers are very professional and really listen to what you want. For only $ 12 a cut, you can’t go wrong!
