Super fun place to sing karaōke! If you’re not familiar with Asian karaōke places, you basically get your own room with two microphones and millions of song choices. Each person pays per hour for how ever long you stay. It doesn’t get better than that. Check in on Unilocal to get a $ 1 off or on Facebook to get a free shot!

Don’t make reservations through Unilocal! I made reservations through Unilocal and got confirmation through text and email. However about thirty minutes later somebody called and said they were booked for the whole night. I do not understand the purpose of allowing reservations through Unilocal if they are not going to follow through on them.

Very poor service. Unreadable charging system. If you want to spend money and ruin your mood, go there

I have done private room karaōke exactly once before and this was not as professional but still fun. It seems the room wasn’t soundproof and the system was harder to use and it was strange that it played the actual music video instead of a just for karaōke format… We went on a Sunday evening and loved that they offer BYOB on that day only. Decent prices but they should remember to tell you when your time is up. Would return with a larger group the next time I am in Gainesville!

If you have never experienced private room karaōke, then you have another experience to add to your bucket list. With the prices so low, and the ease of just drive down to 34th Street to go there, then it is definitely a bucket list items to do soon. Why put it off? A great way to spend time with friends, the larger the group, the better. Have your friends bring friends with them, it is a safe way to meet people through friends of friends. As others have noted, this is the only private room karaōke establishment in Gainesville. The touch screen system here is Chinese, but there are 7 – 8 languages available. The main language default is English, and there are at least 12,000 artists in the system. So many songs! While the queue system is easy to use, when searching for Korean or Japanese songs, it can be tedious, but I managed. Most of the songs are by Chinese, Hong Kong, and Taiwanese artists. Therefore, I would consider this place a KTV. The rooms are clean and the service very friendly. But, the rooms are very hot, even in the winter. There are not room controls for each room, so no air flow. Lke I said before, the prices per room are really low. So, it is totally worth trying, if you are into having fun and all.

The best karaōke place ever! Nice karaōke experience, had a lot of fun here with friends and definitely try their amazing sake! They have such a great private-room-karaōke concept, never feel embarrassed singing in front of people

Finally, we have a KTV place in town! Awesome environment, having almost the best KTV system. Awesome owner. Very friendly. The Chinese owner looks like a movie star in HK.

I had so much fun at Stage 7, that I actually created a Unilocal account just to share. The private rooms have sound insulated doors, so you don’t have to feel self conscious about singing your lungs out, and you don’t get noise pollution from other rooms. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The ambiance is superb. The rooms are clean and stylishly decorated with lighting that you can control. The karaōke machines are well maintained and easy to use with huge song selection. The room I was in had five microphones, dice(I’m going to have to figure out what I’m missing out on, tambourines and spacious seating. This is definitely my favorite place to go out to with friends. No sloppy drunks. No mess. The room was a little cold when I first got there, but as soon as we started singing and having fun, I understood why. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to go out and not have to deal with dirty bars and sloppy drunks(unless you supply your own sloppy drunks).

We had a great time! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would love to see some American classics added to the song list: Johnny Cash, Jimmy Buffet, etc. Overall totally a fun time. Definitely check it out!

the atmosphere is chill and the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. I didn’t have trouble using their touch screen menu and everyone had a great time.

I think this place is more of a 2.5 stars but I am being generous here because I think there’s more room for them to grow. I went there during the grand opening night and my first impression was that the place really resembled a lot of real karaōke places in East Asia. When a group of our people(6 total) went there, they ran out of the smaller rooms so the owner gave us the biggest room for the same rate, which I appreciated a lot. However, I feel like we spent 20 minutes out of 60 minutes trying to fix the mics to work properly and the whole system froze in the beginning. There were 4 mics and they made a lot of squeaky noises. Mics didn’t have much echo so it made bad singing sound worse basically. The ambience of the room was good except I wish the lighting stayed dark for the entire time. The light kept changing from white, blue, red. Blue and red lights were fine but when the lighting changed to whiteish color, it was too bright. Also, I wish they had the system to let people know how much time we have left. The rate is based per hour and the owner wasn’t going to let the customers know how much time we have left for an hour. So if you didn’t intend on staying for more than an hour, you’d eventually have to pay more anyway. I thought this wasn’t so fair for the customers but customers should also keep track of the time. Other than that, drinks were pretty cheap and I thought the rate was reasonable. Be sure to go with a big group of people! I recommend at least 4 and more people. That way, you can split it among the group. Overall, I had a fun time with my friends. I still think there’s plenty of improvements that they can make and hopefully the next time I visit, it’ll be a better experience! :)
