The Floor Store at Thornebrook Village

After visiting several flooring stores in Gainesville and Newberry, when I arrived at The Floor Store, I found Milad and his team to be most helpful and informative in guiding me through the process of picking out a wood flood for my master bedroom. Milad understood my budget concerns, dropped his prices to rock bottom, and was willing to work with me in any way he could. He came out to my home in Alachua, took measurements, and presented a very reasonable estimate all for free. He had a great since of humor, was not pushy at all, and even helped me to consider other options besides buying the floor from him if it would help suit my needs better. I ended up deciding to purchase a beautiful Acacia wood floor from Milad and The Floor Store, and I couldn’t be happier. The installers were also a great team and did a fabulous job. My room looks like a room from a luxury log cabin now! I highly recommend these guys (and gals) to anyone looking to do their floors. Thank you all for your great service with a great attitude. We had a great experience with The Floor Store of Gainesville at Thornbrook. Jana was very helpful when picking out both carpet and flooring for our condo. Milad was great to work with; we had limited access to the place while in escrow and he squeezed us into his day to get the place measured so we could get everything installed asap after closing. Steve the installer was great too. We are very happy with everything, and would definitely return for future flooring needs!

We just had our floors done by the floor store. They are beautiful to say the least. Milad and his assistant did a fantastic job. We used them a couple of months ago for our master bedroom and now our other rooms. Milad and his team made the process super easy. They have a great selection. Also, they were able to do all of my bedrooms at the fraction of what Home Depot quoted us, with a higher quality product! A much better experience than the big box places! I highly recommend him and his team.
