Bad bad customer service wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all! Try another store or better yet another company to deal with. Plenty local!

Service at this store is worse than a one star rating but I had to at least a one star rating in order for this review to post. Worst experience I have ever encountered in any retail store. Sales man there was so deceitful in wanting to make a sale that he violated a Verizon «Edge Program» policy of accepting an unacceptable recyclable phone just to try and make a sale. When new phone arrived, he pulled the «bait and switch» tactic and demanded we had buy the $ 700.00 new phone outright. Store Manager too busy to return calls and address issue. Had to find out from another Verizon dealer regarding the policy. Left me with the impression that the employees of this store have no regard for the customer nor did the Sales man appear to be honest and upfront from the beginning. Avoid this store if all possible. There are other Verizon dealers in the immediate area willing be honest and upfront and have standards in their business ethics.

I would not recommend this store. My wife went in to seek assistance for a cracked glass on the iPhone and we had bought a protection plan from these people and the company that runs the plan went out of business. Lots of run around and the store was no help. Sales person verbally abused my wife and was rude and kept pitching her to buy new phones and telling lies about the current phone and that an iPhone 3 will no longer work after October. Go around the corner to hwy 29 and go to the owned and operated Verizon store.
Buyer beware.
