What can I say? I love me some Walgreens and it’s one of my favorite stores aside from target. I can find anything here, literally! I love walking down each ‘clean’ aisle where the associates ask if I need help finding anything. Also, who an forget that when u enter, an employee ALWAYS says ‘Welcome to Walgreens.’ I feel like this store was made just for me. The prices here weren’t bad especially if you have a member card. The guy who checked me out was so nice and fast. I will always come back and shop here(now that I know where it is).

this is more directed towards the pharmacy since all walgreens stores look and smell identical. they’re even all set up the same — which is something that really creeps me out if i think about it too much. the same goes for how i feel about cracker barrels, but i digress. i had stayed somewhere longer than i had planned for and was out of my prescriptions, so i went to walgreens hoping for before-date refills. the guy who handled it all was named bob, and i do love bob very much. he contacted my doctor and left me voicemails periodically about when he got in touch with her, how long it would be, and that he could use my washington state-only insurance through another insurance branch. when i picked up my medications, he told me that my zoloft wouldn’t be ready for another day because it was a different health center. he gave me some to tide me over until i got the actual refill, saying that«it could get messy» if i skipped any. bob knows best. he saved me over $ 100 with the new insurance route, and he saved me the energy it would have taken to bitch out my insurance’s billing customer service on the phone when i got back to seattle. thank you, bob at the 13th street walgreens. that massive cvs across the street ain’t got nuffin on you.
