Like most Yankee candles big selection always a sale going on. This one staff is usually very helpful and friendly going out of their way for customer service

Came in last night because I had a buy one get one coupon and I just moved to the area. So naturally I needed new scents for our new house. Chose clean cotton and one I’ve never heard before, grapevine & oak. My husband allows my candle addiction as long as I don’t buy food scents. LOL! Anyway. There were two wonderful ladies in there and both were extremely helpful and even shared their favorite scents. Well I get to the register and one lady is ringing me up. She asked since I liked the cotton if I had smelled beach holiday. No I hadn’t so the other lady brought one over. Omg. It was like clean cotton but softer. Now, I am in LOVE with this candle. Just want to thank her for her awesome customer service. Which really felt just like a friend consulting another friend.

Located in the Gateway Shopping Center it is a nice store to visit. It is well organized and they have a great selection of candles, tarts, car freshners, candle accessories and more.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I always have positive encounters with them and it is obvious to me that customer service is there specialty.
One of things I love about Yankee Candle is their return policy. If you are not satisfied, they will make it right. I have tested this policy a few times and I have yet to be unsatisfied.
Lastly, Yankee Candle always has special deals or coupons available. They do a great job of giving you reasons to come back with their savings offers. Sign up for their mailing and/​or email lists to get in on the specials.

You may get a headache entering here but it quickly goes away. This store caters to your smelly needs. For father day’s day they have beer, bacon, and man cave candles. I learned that Yankee candle offers military discount. Be sure to take advantage of this if you are without coupons.

I wish this place was more organized. It’s hard to look for particular scents, and there’s so many of the same scents all over the place. Just too much, you know? The only things I buy here are car fresheners — they’re the most organized! One time, I was in a cupcake-​scent phase, and bought three cupcake car fresheners. The cashier noticed that as he rang me up, and pulled up a cupcake-​scented lotion. I declined, saying I didn’t want cupcake-​scents on my body. Then he pulled up a cupcake-​scented chapstick and insisted that I try it. Wtf? I declined and repeated that I didn’t want cupcake on my body. Then he pulled up a cupcake room freshener! That guy just would not stop. So I did and left without buying anything.

I’m a Yankee candle freak. I have a scent for every month… seriously. The staff here is always helpful. The candles are somewhat pricey when they are not on sale — but the key is to go in the beginning of January and the beginning of July when the candles are drastically reduced in price for the semi-​annual clearance!

I always find the staff at not only this Yankee Candle store, but all of the ones I’ve been to, to be very friendly! I like their products, though they are a bit on the expensive side.

I bought a pumpkin pie candle. Incredible, but a bit expensive.

I did some of my Christmas shopping here this past year. I was a little overwhelmed with all the candles and fragrances. The sales staff was extremely helpful in helping make some good suggestions.

I stopped in here one evening last week to buy candles for 3 bathrooms in my new home. I walked in about 8:30 pm on a weeknight with three different towel colors for 3 different bathrooms.
When I entered, I was the only customer in the store — the two young ladies working both descended on me and after telling them what I was looking to do — they both were like busy worker bees, buzzing around the store and bringing me candles and other suggestions.
They were both extremely helpful and I ended up buying several large candles, plus a bunch of smaller tea candles and a number of glass containers for the candles, plus some decorative tops for the larger candles.
