So far so good. The price was right and they have specials and deals. The facility is open 24⁄7 with you access code. The facility is clean. Our unit was clean. At this time we are happy with our choice. The online reservation, checkup emails, doc u sign options are also nice.

The storage units are nice and Nicole is very helpful. We are relocating to MD and in need of storage. I was having trouble locating my email for one month free which was an offer that had just expired. She helped me out and honored the offer even though I did not find my original email till after we finished all the paperwork. I would recommend this if you need storage.

SO SO SO SO very glad to not have to use them anymore. They were close by our condo, and they were cheap… but you really do get what you pay for.
The staff was always slow, rude and kinda mean. And although we got a storage unit on the 2nd floor, there were huge cracks between where the wall and the floor was… which caused several boxes of belongings to become mildewy.
BOO!
