Courteous and friendly service!!! As they say a happy wife makes a happy life and Flower World has made that happen for me time and time again. I placed many orders with them throughout the years and have always received great service, same day delivery, and the nicest looking flowers. I highly recommend them to any husband or boyfriend who wants to make their wife or girlfriend smile or celibate a special occasion.

Went here to discuss flowers for my wedding — it was a terrible experience. I was looking for a certain look, and they were incredibly unhelpful at helping me design my arrangement.
I gave the aesthetic I was going for and wanted suggestions on how I could achieve a certain look. The «designer» repeatedly told me she needs to know exactly what flowers I was looking for, though the whole reason I came there was to find someone who could help me figure it all out.
I think this company is used to doing only cookie cutter designs. For something slightly different the designer requested pictures of EXACTLY what I want (I had pictures of generally what I was thinking of).
On top of being generally unhelpful, the designer was also incredibly rude. I will definitely never come back here again. I ended up visiting another nearby flower shop in the Kentlands the same day, and had a marvelous experience.

I didn’t actually buy anything from here. Read-​on to find out why. Nice sales-​associate in the front was quoting us somewhat reasonable prices… $ 120 – 180 for 12 – 15 assorted rose wedding bouquet, with a few other different flowers intermingled. Than the actual florist, the Asian lady who probably owns the shop, came up and was real pushy/​rude and started quoting us $ 300 – 350 in an agressive take-​it or leave-​it manner. Shut the front door! Flipping crazy to think anyone would pay $ 300 for a 15 roses for a wedding bouquet. Also a lot of the roses had brown spots (esp the white ones) and brown fringes. Good luck goin out of business with that approach! But I guess thanks since my fiancé and my mom ended up buying the flowers and making their own nice bouquet and all of our boutineers… which they were really happy about. Its honestly not that hard at all, took 30 minutes between the 2 of them. Simply googled/​youtubed it and saved a ton of money.
I later found out wedding bouquets should not cost more than $ 80 – 150.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I placed a order with specific instructions for how I wanted my flowers arranged. A nice person on the phone took my order and CC information (approximately $ 60 with delivery and tax). They even did a good job on a last minute address change because they couldn’t cancel the order since they had already made the arrangement. However, when the flowers were received it was as if they paid no attention what so ever to the specific instructions I had left. When I discussed this with them the shop was not able to rectify the situation and were not willing to refund my money for even the $ 12 delivery charge I requested. The flowers are very nice but do not meet the needs of what I was asking for. I feel they probably are a good place but I am just upset they did not follow fairly simple but specific instructions.
