I don’t really like this forever21. Things always seem to be a little bit unorganized in the store. They don’t have a plus size girl section. They just don’t have much selection here. Everything is limited. To be honest, I only go here to purchase nail polish, make-up wipes, or some other accessory. I never go here for clothes.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t busy, there were like 4 or 5 people in the store including myself. I usually always find something I like at other locations, but this one just doesn’t do it for me anymore. Idk what happened. The lighting is weird, merchandise is in the wrong spot, there are handbags and shirts on the floor. I also couldn’t tell who was an employee and who was your everyday hipster. They all dress the same and walk around in resting stale face. I didn’t know who I could ask for help. So I left. Not worth trying to figure it out.

honestly even though this forever 21 is small and doesn’t always have the latest stuff i find that it still has great stuff. sometimes if i cant find a particular item at any of the other forever 21s in the area i always try this one. since there’s less traffic at this one, they tend to have items that may have sold out at other locations and the staff is average.

I like Forever 21. They have some very good deals — inexpensive, trendy clothes at considerably low prices. But this store in Gaithersburg is terrible. Probably the worst one I’ve been to in the DC/MD/VA area. Very messy, disorganized, poor displays, and bad lighting. There are some stores(i.e. Pentagon city) that have an inventory just as updated as Forever 21’s website, but this definitely is not one of those stores. The only good thing I noticed about this store is the employees are very nice.

Bad customer service. Bad exchange policy.(No returns or exchanges after 21 days. Returns before 21 days are for merchandise credit only.) Bad place to shop. By far, worst customer service in the industry. Shop at JCP. They will take care of you.

Personally I love Forever21, and i’m not afraid to say it! I’ve noticed that women can pass with wearing clothes from the more ‘trendy’ stores vs. designer clothes– and still be considered ‘fashion forward’. I work part-time for Bloomingdales and even with my fanstastic discount(lol) i still take the extra money i make there, and head to forever 21(among other clothing spots) for quick fashion fixes. Looking for an outfit @ 9:00 when your girlfriend calls and BEGS you to go out with her last minute??? Forever 21 Spend the night somewhere and don’t have an outfit appropriate for the next day’s outings??? Forever 21 Need something cute, chic and quick — head to toe for under $ 100??? Forever 21 Okay, Okay. so the quality isn’t the BEST. but it has improved alot and quite honestly, you don’t feel bad if it rips or shrinks… *hey, it only cost $ 20!* come on, you can’t even EATWELL for 20 bucks! ***edited to add*** the sweater in my pic? you guessed it, forever 21!

People hate to admit when they’re being cheap. but this is the store that you haveta hit if you’re an H&M junky, or a ZARA fan. face it. brand name clothes are usually for the brand name and that comes with the brand name price. but why do that to yourself? i mean. most of the time, if you are a brand name shopper, the good stuff doesn’t have the tag written ALLOVERTHESHIRT,… who wants to wear a top that says BEBE all over it. or how about those sporty shorts that say BEBE across your tush??? that day and age is over and it’s time to realize that good clothes can come atta cheap price. you have two choices: 1) go to NYC chinatown and haggle with the chinese lady for two polo ralph LAURENO shirts at 25 $… or 2) hit up forever21… it can still look fashionista, and look like a brand name but actually be 8 times cheaper than your normal SAKS brand. and that’s why we have forever 21… a store that i was familiar with in MIAMI, and i have found that i can get some good stuff and prolli the most current stuff, as long as your a good shopper and you know your material. reasons why i love forever21: 1) first off, everything is 30 or less. i’ve never seen a price tag more than 34.90, and if you know your goods, a really good work dress can come at such a cheap price compared to ann taylor or banana republic. 2) the styles are new and always updated. with a three week turn over rate, any cute trend that comes by the fashion train is picked up, made, and readily available for us greeedy greedy lil’ women at an affordable price. rather than waiting for the winter brand name stuff to finally go on sale in july. 3) the accessories here are great. i wouldn’t buy the earrings because they fall apart, but the chunky bracelets, belts, and hair accessories are very worthy of your 2.90−5.90 you’re spending. plus the fact that once the style goes out you don’t haveta feel bad that you just spent 34 on a necklace that you only wore twice that season. 4) the have lots of basics, and some more. you want a tshirt with just a lil’ bit of flare. here it is. and in 9 colors and in 9 different styles. plus, if you accidentally spilt dressing on it, you can replace it with 5.00 more dollars. rather than the 22.00 «basic white t» that BR sells. 5) the going out clothing is at such a variety that you can go as slutty, or as sexy as you’d like. nothing like a skanky top to get yourself more drinks that nite. and at 12 a pop here, you can throw it away if you got a sex on the beach spilt on you. rather than cryin’ over that cream silky bebe top you bought that was 54.00. 6) the material. granted the material isn’t always the best linen or the best cotton. but if you’re a good shopper and you know how things wash you will be able to avoid the shrinkin mishaps that happen.
