I love how this store always has nice sales ($ 5 rack woohoo!) and a nice variety of clothing, especially in professional wear. Lines for registers do run a pretty long though. Several times I just left the store without buying anything because the line was moving so slowly. They should have more people at the registers.

Terrible management … There the day after Christmas and only 2 registers are open. The line takes up have the store?!? The 3 staff members in the fitting room are unnecessary– move two of them to the registers.

I love this store! I’m so glad that they opened up this store here in Gaithersburg. The selections on the kids clothes are so cute and urban like. I could just stay in the store shopping like crazy. The sales there are pretty decent and affordable. My only fluke here is that the store is a bit unorganized and the accessories and makeup are opened up and used by customers. I try and avoid those. But the clothes are super cute! :)

Its not about the clothes…
OK H&M clothes same quality and type across the board. What matters is the customer service and sales associate presence. *Looks Around* but I cant find any one. Hello? Can I get some help please? Excuse me? Do you work here? No? Excuse me? Can I try these on?
These are the questions I keep asking all 10 times Ive visited this H&M location.
Theres noooooooooooobody working in this store! 1200sqft store, 30 minute wait, 8 cash registers, 20 customers in line and 2 employees =one very crappy crappy crappy H&M
Hire more people. Period. End of story. End of review.

So… I only went here because I heard there was plus size section. This section is tiny and majority if the clothes are black. I mean, the store is large and there is this small corner in the back. The clothes in this section aren’t the most organized.
It really isn’t worth advertising this section at all. I won’t return.

I would say that this particular H&M is the perfect place to shop for your children or if you’re a size XL or larger! This store is not for the small and petite like myself. I can never find anything in this store that fits me. But I’ve found some adorable clothes and accessories for my little children. I’ve shopped at this one, and the one in lake Mary, Florida. Florida H&M beats this one, indefinitely. Anyhow, the staff is not helpful. They seem quite rude to me. I wouldn’t say the clothes are cheap. They are super cute and the layout is on point. No confusion when shopping. But my only concern is, where are the smaller sizes?

Looks can be deceiving. Dont judge a book by its cover is my motto. So Ive been shopping here off and on. The service is hit or miss. Once I wanted to a lot of clothing and I checked in on Foursquare and they had a deal going on. An extra % off my purchase. Not to mention that they had a sign out on the window that if you check in
you get an additional discount. So of course, I point this out the cashier and she flat out refuses to give me an extra discount and telling me its over. And she takes the sign down off the window. So all the pretty clothes I had in my hand, I left it on the counter and walked out and went to XX21 and Charlotte Russe. So another time, I decieded to give them a second chance. I bought some cool pants and a shirt. I wore the pants twice and when I had to squat they ripped. No I wasnt wearing pants that were too small for me. The shirt I bought was so cheap that the seams began unravel and bust a hole on the seams. The layout of the store is trendy. Thats the gimmick. Their clothes are not high end in fact just about all the clothes are made in the same factories that make clothes for Wally world, Target and Kmart. Unless, you shopping in the clearance area of this store this place is a miss. Dont overpay for cheap quality clothes because the tag says H&M. If you ripped the tag off a pair of pants from Target and H&M and asked a friend to tell you which is from where they wont know the difference. Avoid this place.
