Rented a tux here, Never ever again. After getting fitted for the tux they call or send you an email to let you know the tux is in and to please come in and try on. I went in a few days before the party I was attending and tried on the tux, everything seemed to fit fine except the top button of the shirt was very loose, I asked the girl helping me if this was normal and she assured me it was fine. Took the tux home and the night of the party I started getting dressed. I put the shirt on and started to button the top button as soon as I went to button it the button popped off not only did it pop off but it was broken. As luck would have it, after putting the tie on I could hardley notice the button gone. I purchased two suits from Mens Wearhouse a few years back and they totally messed those up also. I thought I would give them another try, Never again.

Horrible served, you feel rushed and the orders never come out right, there is always a problem when you pick up your order. I learned this the hard way. If you have a very important function, wedding or whatever, please be safe and avoid this place. They promise you something and deliver a different product at the end when its too late.

I came in to get measured for a tux and was halfheartedly greeted by one of the representatives. I gave them the group number then was asked questions for my information. The representative then just stood there and stared at me with the measuring tape expecting me to know that she wanted me to take off my jacket to be waited. I kindly asked what she was waiting for, in which I got a rude response, «I’m waiting for you». You’re waiting for me to do what, «To get measured». Clearly the employee didn’t want to be there. I was then asked my shoe size and told her my normal size, which ended up being too big. I asked for 2 sizes smaller in which she responded«That’s a big jump you shouldn’t do that», even though I had a feeling that was the size I needed. At this point I just wanted to get out of the store. The other employee rang me up while another customer came in looking for suits. She flat out turned them away and told them to go to another store, not exactly how I would want my company to be represented.
