Let’s make it a quick review: the customer service was great, friendly staff right away. Got seated real quick since it was like 10:40 pm there was a total of 6 tables taken, waiter was awesome, best customer service from ihop ever. The food delivery was slow it was not pack six tables were taken but it took about a little over 30 mins. The food tasted great couldn’t complain, great portions, overall I’ll be back again.

Very crowded and unfortunately we had a none too pleasant experience with the manager. After being seated the manager came to our table and said«This is not good… you’re a danger to yourselves and everyone around you.» We were all kind of shocked and waiting to hear what was going on and it seems the incident was because our 2.5 year old(sitting between my parents) should have been considered an 8th person and we told them we had a party of 7. After a short wait we were moved to some nearby tables. Much more room and we had a wonderful meal. tl;dr — This is a busy place and sometimes the manager is rude, but the food was great.

We were told our wait will be 15 mins, turned out 45. We saw pretty much everyone given unrealistic wait time. The staff were polite. They did apologize. The food was not up to par. We will still go to IHOP, but not this one.

The kids got to choose tonight’s dining venue. Why do we do this? I’ll never know. So IHOP it is. At least the kids feel like they’ve won one. Wife had Nutella Crepes, I had Bananas Foster French Toast, and Kids had pancakces. The service was very friendly and quick. Our server’s name was Reina, and she was a nice as can be. There was an addled looking veteran type in the front lobby. He seemed confused and edgy, but I got the sense that he was getting time to get his things in order, and being allowed to use the restroom. Frankly, I was impressed with what I can only described as charity and consideration on the part of the restaurant to allow him to use their restrooms and have a place to get his things in order. That gives me hope. The food was just fine, but this is IHOP afterall. The Bananas Foster French Toast was actually pretty good, but the Nutella Crepes were a little on the stingy side with Nutella, and a little on the thick side for crepes. The pancakes were as expected. We will go back again when the kids whine enough.

It went down hill I came back I ordered the breakfast sampler and it came out looking like a kids meal … the hash browns wasn’t a square shape. And the portion got smaller. Watermelon lemonade is expensive. Just wouldn’t recommend getting an breakfast sampler here

What can I say? My mother and I were quite impressed with the way the manager Jessie and the server Ana handled our orders with a smile and great friendliness. They went out of their way for us and we really appreciate it. The roasted turkey dinner we ate was delicious and hot and any changes on orders that we requested were met with extreme generosity and kindness. Thanks to both of you. :)

Took way to long for my food to get to the table! Steak tips was way over cooked. Took food back to the kitchen and did not bring it back to the table until she brought the receipt back… horrible service as well. Never came back to check on us.

This IHOP is like most IHOPs in that you don’t go there for the atmosphere, but for the simple homestyle food. I generally order breakfast and like that I can get it at any time of the day. I also like the senior special they have until 6pm — buy one get one with beverages. The breakfast I get is not tricky, just pancake and eggs but it is always hot and made to my order correctly. The staff is polite and attentive enough. The only thing I’ve ordered that I didn’t like was pot roast one time that was too salty. I’ll be back there again when I need a breakfast fill up.

Went early to avoid the breakfast rush. Was greeted nicely by the hostess and sat quickly. The server came by within one minute and got our drinks. She was very nice and answered all of our questions with a smile. There were only a few other tables so the food did not take long to come out — even though my hubby’s French toast came out several minutes after the rest of our food. I got biscuits and gravy and hash browns. The hash browns needed to be cooked longer. They were still cold in the middle. The gravy was cold and though the biscuits were nice and fluffy, they too were cold. I guess my order was made first and sat in the window while everyone else’s was getting prepared. Very nice food runner who offered ketchup and hot sauce for the hash browns. Looking around the place was very clean. Not a finger print on the door so that’s always a good sign. And no unbussed tables that I could see. Since the staff were all so nice and worked efficiently I will go back. Next time I will ask for well done hash browns and will complain if my food is cold. Since everyone else’s food was hot I just dealt with my order so we could eat and get on with our day. It’s always nice to have great service(rare these days) and that’s what will send me back for another try.

Terrible experience. Here’s my own personal experience, I’ll be quick.
The place got really busy, and they crumbled. 11am on a Sat and it was packed so I expected to wait up to 1 hour before getting food, with the crowd it was more than understandable. What came next, is why I couldn’t help but give 1 star.
Not only was the wait for food kind of long, my wife and I could not seem to get our order together, She got her order, I was assured my pancakes and the side order of bacon(for us to share) were on the way. Wife was halfway done when I finally got my pancakes. We had finished our meals by the time the bacon came around. I can’t blame the server so much, it seems like kitchen was having issue, I over heard several servers say how they were too scared to ask the kitchen for they’re orders. BESTPART As I went to change my daughter there were several employees gathered up front ignoring the entire building. They were arguing with each other about how to lock the door. One employee was demanding the others«lock the doors» the prevent other guests from coming in, they were too busy or had a group coming or something to that degree.

I’ve never seen so many people in an iHop before in my life. And to think that with this much business they could afford a clean and presentable space… But unfortunately when you walk in through the door there’s an aged carpet in the front of iHop. This iHop seems to be running a very profitable business and yet they can’t afford a new carpet to welcome their guest. The presentation displays a «dirty» feeling. Maybe it’s just me but clean your carpet please.

horrilbe. i use to come and grab a meal here with family n friends but after one night i went and just felt like money. I sat ordered and it comes back wrong so, I politely ask to get a new meal… comes back its ok but found a hair in it. i tell the server and he says ooo… thats bad. Terrible havent been back to any ihop in yrs. Ps. I use to deliever for fedex and been in the back of some of these places haha I should of never been surprised.

His name was Sylvester Nwaiweu. Morning service is so much better. The staff is friendlier and service is much faster.

Some IHOP locations seem to have a heavy smell of their syrups hanging in the air even in the summer air conditioning. This one doesn’t. Usual IHOP fare — pancakes and breakfast all day long. Coffee is fine. Their winter hot chocolates are huge and we always make a special trip to enjoy them at least once during the holidays. Service is not super fast, but it is friendly and accurate. There’s a good selection of syrups and a good selection of pancake types. This location is very very clean. Plenty of parking.
