Usually good, this evening not. Service really slow and chicken breast dry, very dry.

Very very good! Had the ½ chicken with slaw and chips. Chicken was moist and loved the seasoning and flavor. Price was fair for the nice portion, fresh ingredients, and unique preparation. A delicious meal…

We usually love this place but tonight thing were definitely off. Salad came out without the chicken on it, blue moon beer tap was flat, and just an overall more mediocre experience(like annoyingly wobbly tables outside). Hope things aren’t going downhill from here… maybe an off night.

The chicken was super flavorful and perfectly cooked and those sauces are moneyyy. The side dishes were amazing. My wife and I had the garlic bread(to die for), the mash potatoes(real potatoes and butter), salad(fresh veggies), and corn on the cob(fire roasted). We loved the décor and the atmosphere… they even have a sink out front to wash your hands before and after you eat(believe me you’ll need it)!!

Went for a late lunch with my mom(it was her first time). She said the lemon herb chicken was tasty and well seasoned. I had the eggplant wrap which was a little too oily for my liking. It was dripping every time I took a bite. The French fries were crispy and seasoned well. I would go back but probably won’t get that wrap anymore.

I really am trying to understand the hype here. Whenever I am in Rio, I always see a line out the door and the restaurant bustling with customers. Tonight, May 24, 2016, my boyfriend and I ate here, and boy do I regret it. There were two groups ahead of us waiting for the host, no big deal, we expected a wait, as we know the restaurant is always packed. Once we got to the host, he informed us there was a ten to twenty minute wait, we put our name down, and asked if there was a wait to sit outside. He told us there was a separate waiting list and separate host for outdoor seating, so we went outside and inquired. The hostess outside could seat us right away after wiping down the table(the outdoor seating was less than half full). It was pretty hot and muggy, so we decided to check back inside. As we were walking back to the inside host stand, we noticed there were over ten open tables(some looked dirty and some looked clean). Once back at the host stand there were over eighteen people waiting at the door to be put on the waiting list to sit inside. Everyone around us was so confused as to why they were waiting, the restaurant was almost half empty! I thought maybe I misunderstood the host, so once I flagged him down(he was running around wiping down tables frantically) I asked if we should seat ourselves at one of the empty tables. He said they were just very busy trying to get the tables clean. It was him and the outside host and one other girl cleaning tables. It didn’t look like there was a manager in sight to help them. They clearly needed assistance, it was as if they were just thrown in to the fire. And this is nothing against the hosts, they really looked as if they were trying their best, but had no help whatsoever. Once we sat down, my boyfriend went and ordered us each ¼ plain, white meat chicken with a side of corn on the cob and a drink. The ice machine was out of ice; I told one of the employees and he said, «yeah… It’s been broken, I may be able to get you some.» About five minutes later there was more ice. Our food was brought out not too long after ordering, however one of the orders came with sauce on the chicken. We immediately(and politely) told the food runner that gave us the food that they were both to be plain, she rolled her eyes and said«ugh, yeah» and took the incorrect order back. About seven minutes later the correct order arrived. My boyfriend insisted that I eat and that he would wait for the correct order. My chicken was dry and the skin was very soggy. The chicken really lacked flavor. I didn’t care for any of the sauces at all. I did really like the corn on the cob. My boyfriend tried my plate and agreed with me, but said his chicken was moist and his corn on the cob was dry. I really am trying to figure out how this place stays packed. Since I have never eaten at this location, I have nothing to compare it to. Maybe it was an off night? I don’t foresee going back based on tonight’s performance.

Nandos is good at what they do– chicken with hot sauce and halloumi cheese. Stick to the basics and they deliver every time. Great place to mix it up for a quick easy meal.

This place was incredible. I got the flame grilled chicken breast with mango lime peri peri, macho peas and rice. Didn’t LOVE the rice, the chicken was excellent, but really, the peas are what blew me away. I don’t know what they did, but they were sweet and almost tasted like grapefruit(?) It was an amazing flavor combo I had never experienced before. My bro, who hates peas, agrees they were really tasty. Red sangria also delicious, complemented the food, but nothing to write home about for the price.

Food is always good, and love how they have seasonal beers on tap! The staff is young and friendly. Every time I dine in during dinner there is a manager who walks around and asks if everything is ok which is a major plus. The ambience is on the loud side but it’s fitting bc it’s a casual spot to enjoy some good chicken.

I am partial to Peruvian chicken so my review may be a little biased. Excellently seasoned chicken. Could use more side options. Friendly and courteous staff. It gets very busy on Friday evenings.

Nandos is a nice chain restaurant that I consider a hot lunch spot. If you like heavily spiced and spicy chicken you will love Nandos. The wings are great however slightly overly priced. Be sure to get a punch card as this restaurant can get a little pricier than normal and the punch card gets you nice discounts and free food for being a loyal customer. There is a nice hands free washing station in the center of the place as it can get a little messy. Do not touch your eyes after eating and enjoy!

First time trying Nando’s — I came here with an old friend just to catch up on everything. I ordered the double quarter legs meal(very hot sauce) with mashed potatoes and rice as my sides. The mashed potatoes were good, although plain, and the rice was entirely forgettable(my advice would be to go for something else). The chicken was tender and the sauce was delicious — although I do wish it was slightly spicier. The sauces bottles they had on the side were really strange and a little sour-tasting; I tried garlic and very hot and found them not quite right. My friend and I spent quite a while talking, and I thought the atmosphere was fine — casual but nice enough that it wasn’t strange to stay a while. All in all, I would return, although it’s not a place I’d go out of the way for.

Second dinner in a month. Still absolutely delicious. Chicken crispy moist and tender. So good. I am following a special eating plan and I was able to find plenty to eat. Of course my favorite is chicken and fries with perinaise. Oh and a side of garlic bread. The best on the planet. Today I settled for grilled chicken and salad. My appetizer of olives fit the plan This please never disappoints

Ehh decent food and decent service. Nothing special. I find it a little overpriced for what you get and the veggie wrap was a tad dry. But id still drop by for a quick bite before the movies.

My first time at this partcular location. It was girls’ night out, we came here for a quick bite before catching a movie. I love the fact that you order and pay before sitting at your table. It makes it so much easier at the end of the night when 15 ladies are ready to go at the end of the evening. No waiting for the check. Or splitting the check. Works out perfect. I didn’t want to be too full during the movie, so I just got a chicken wrap and sweet potato fries. And of course… my main focus was the sangria!(I can be a real lush sometimes.) There is a red and green sangria. I went with a pitcher of the red. Everything was so good. The staff were super sweet and helpful to the ladies that were newbies. On nice days, you can sit outside on the patio and look at the lake in the back. Very pretty. This may be a new tradition. Nando’s and movie night! Who needs Netflix and Chill?!

Considering the fact that I’ve had some form of rotisserie chicken every week this month, I feel uniquely qualified to say that the chicken here is disappointing. It comes with a variety of sauces and is reasonably fast, but I didn’t think the sauces were at all distinguishable from one another(the chicken had a mango lime sauce on it, it did not taste like mango; I put a garlic sauce on top, it didn’t taste different at all)… And the chicken itself was not crispy as promised on the menu. It was also pretty dry inside. And, half a chicken plus one ear of corn(my chosen side) was $ 14. That’s pricey, considering Boston market gives you a whole chicken for that price, has better flavor, And offers the same service. I don’t know why, but it really bothered me that I had to go order at a counter, get my own drinks and silverware and sauces, and then the food was bland. This place gets a 2.5 from me, and I’m not rounding up because the entire experience was a pretentious overpriced version of boston market with bottled horsey sauce on the side.

This place was within walking distance from the Marriot hotels and HQ at Washingtonian area in Gaithersburg. They have a nice lake view for some of their tables. It is actually one of those restaurants where you walk up to the counter, place your order, and then grab a number to place on a table of your choice. It was quite busy when we were there during peak hours. They have a single freestyle coke machine, so the line can get clog up when people cannot make up their mind. I got the Two Quarter Legs meal, they came drizzled in their hot sauce as requested, and they tasted alright, and they were even better with their extra hot sauce. It was not too bad, and I could really taste the spiciness in them. The meat was nice and juicy on the inside. The peas and mash on the side were just ok though. Nando’s PERi-PERi, which I thought was more like pew-pew, was more of a choice by convenience, and I think there are better choices nearby if you are willing to travel a bit. The staffs were friendly as well and they come by to pick up your plates too, sometime refill your drink when it was not busy.
