Bryan here is the best person that works in customer service that I’ve ever met! He goes beyond his job and helps you in anyway that he can so your visit will be a pleasant one and you will walk out smiling! Go see him if you plan on going there! I’m never going back to Verizon!

I came here, the philipino guy was very helpful friendly. I wish i could of got his name … i think im just going to come here now instead of other locations, other locations suck. and give wrong information about your number.

Finally convince wife to get some things for her newish cell phone that she had purchased from here back last October which by the way her phone is already outdated and considered old. Five months and it’s ancient jeez. Well anyway she needed one of those blue tooth headsets and a car charger since she like me don’t like to drive and talk but on occasion must do so in a responsible way also that’s a good way to utilize the GPS which I still have to talk her into keeping she claims she don’t need it never have to use it, hump yeah right. She’ll need it when she least expect it while driving lost… well that’s another story. Back to the subject. Subhash the Sprint guy was there to help us out finding just what gadget wife needed to get set up so she can now be hands free talking. He was most helpful and even took the time to sync up the blue tooth ear set with her phone. Sometimes it can be a bit of a pain getting those things to talk to each other from my phone experience. Any questions and concerns were answered quickly and with lots of product knowledge were address. I even had questions about their wireless broad band Mobile devices for my new netbook. Subhash without pause showed me a few different options. Store neat knowledgeable staff… it all good in my book.
