First of all, I waited in line for 20 mins to place my order. Ordered 8 donut holes and a bacon egg NO CHEESE croissant, yet again with another 15 mins for my food, got out to my car and realized that I was given a bacon cheese NO EGG croissant so I had to go back in for them to remake it after debating on them making the correct one or not the first time! Woth no apologies or anything I can say we will NEVER BE back to this one again! Even management was all cool and collective when everyone that was in the lobby had to wait just a much time as us, JUST TO ORDER! Ridiculous!!! #notadunkindonutfananymore

I have been to this place multiple times and they have great donuts every time! The munchkins are always great, and they have too big drinks. Who cares? Great!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IN THE MORNING! The employees will get your order wrong no matter how specific you are! Once, I ordered a hot mocha, but the workers only know how to make iced mochas. So instead I got a black coffee with mocha syrup. Another time I ordered a frozen mocha and was asked if I wanted it hot or iced (keep in mind: I said FROZEN). I said frozen again and got an iced mocha instead of what I asked for. The employees in the afternoon however will usually get your order right though.

the employees are very friendly, the place is clean, the only problem is they don’t have soy or almond milk. I would much rather get my drinks here, but I can’t drink dairy.

Good variety of donuts from the basic all the way to the chocolate covered with cream inside and everything inbetween. Variety of iced coffees and beverages along with their signature coffee. Service is good and store is really clean.
