I ordered lunch on line for my daughter and I. It was quick and easy. My panini was really good. My daughter thought her flatbread sandwich lacked enough filling. The salad I had with my meal was ok. It’s pricey.

I’d rate more stars if they actually cleaned a table. Love the service and food but if there’s nowhere to sit, the experience won’t be any good.

It’s no secret that this chain is overpriced and the service depends on the time of the day. But I have to give them a Five Star Custodial Review. I dropped the sloppiest snake, the king of turds, a mushroom cloud of rank, gag inducing, blood curdling shit in the bathroom and before I even flushed that monkey the janitorial staff had febreeze bombed the room.
I won’t go back at all unless I have a a discount or someone’s paying for me.
But you can bet on me going back for that turd brigade response time.

I created this account to specifically enter this comment. I have eaten at Paneras for years in different locations (cities and states) and have never had a bad meal. Until now. The Alfredo pasta was rubbery, obviously microwaved, with no sauce and way too much basil/​oregano mix, the macaroni and cheese was inedible, hard and tough on the edges and cold in the middle, again, obviously microwaved. Both Panini’s were almost black, with two thin slices of meat, half a slice of cheese, and no condiments as stated on the menu. The only things that were edible were the soups and the bread, which was delicious. I notified the management of the issues and never even received an apology. We will never go back to this location, and would never recommend them to anyone I know. Huge disappointment!

Love paneras food is great staff is great the turkey chili is off the hook. Always a smile and quick service. They give you a pager and most the time its done before you sit down. Pleasent décor fireplace wall structure.

Now that the Gallatin store has been operating for a few months, I wanted to submit my review. I visit there almost every week and initially things were rough and mistakes were made, but the staff has really turned it around and the food is up to standard. On my visit today, Julie greeted me as I came in the door with a friendly hello and a nice smile. I was curious about the new soba bowls and she was very knowledgeable in responding to my questions. I decided to try the chicken soba bowl and it was very good and I enjoyed the unique flavor. My suggestion is that if you tried the Gallatin location previously, give it another shot. I have not had the slightest issue in my last several visits and am very happy with the staff, the service and the food!

Good food, good service. The place is usually kept pretty clean. But they can get really, really packed. Especially on the weekends. Employees are usually very helpful and nice. Probably one of the best Panera’s I’ve been to though.

Terrible! The restaurant was filthy. It took forever to get my food. The price is outrageous for what you get. The staff was not very friendly. I’m very disappointed have not been back and do not plan to go back.

I have been to many Panera’s and I know this one is new but it is by far the worst. I work at one of the largest employers in Gallatin and there is already talk around the office about how bad the sandwiches are assembled and the customer service. Hope they can step it up.
