I love this place to get a mani/​pedi! I came for my appt a few wks ago & Kay was still working on someone. So while I waited she gave me some water & fixed me up with a massage in the pedi chair. Did not mind the wait! I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Called and made an appointment to get my nails done two hours before they closed. Kay did an outstanding job. Decided while there I would also get a pedicure and Chris did an outstanding job as well. Both were very friendly and I enjoyed my experience. I would recommend this place to all. The place is very clean newly remodeled and offers many other services.

Had a great experience at Kay’s. I went with two others and they got us in chairs quickly, offering water during our wait. Very clean and professional.

Kay’s nail. Such a relaxing and comforting experience. This is my second visit and I came to get a pedicure and I am really pleased with the service and execution of my nail tech Alissa/​Alisha. She gives the best massages and takes her time and keeps her appointment time to the best of her ability. She’s so easy to work with and communicate with. I think the ambiance of the place is nice with water fall attractions in the front, full service bar in the back and spacious nail shop to stretch out. Not everyone is in your face and everyone all the girls are super friendly. It’s very rare to find that I give them kudos on their team work and how all the nail techs work together to take care of customers. Customer are in and out and they offer full service. I really really, feel at peace when I’m here. I like to get full service experience bc I’m am guy I don’t expect too much but I’ve been highly impressed with service and how they represent an family atmosphere here. Way to be positive and spread that energy each time I’ve been here. I hope this new shop success in the future and becomes that go to shop.
