Specialty type pizzas here are very good, meaning pies with the more exotic toppings. They are very quick with service and are friendly. I’d pass on the plain pies here though, because they just don’t measure up.

Horrible customer service for mediocre food. The way the owner, Alex, talks to us every single time we order is flat out ridiculous. Never again. Don’t bother wasting your money.

Ordered the chicken sorrento. Had no taste very bland. Looked thrown together. I am used to this dish being a red sauce with fresh prosciutto on top. The prosciutto was over cooked and the spaghetti was in a cheap olive oil. Canned red peppers mixed in tastes gross. I though the Pasta Fagioli Soup it came with would at least satisfy me but it was bitter. Never ordering from here again. Only giving 1 star because I have too.

Napoli’s has the best pizza in Galloway! Besides the pizza, their food is alright. However, 4 stars because of the rude take-out staff(the girls who answer the phone). The waitresses are all very nice, and I’ve never had a bad experience there.

Everyone beware of this restaurant. Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, was not satisfied with the pizza, hardly any chicken and the flavor profile was dreadful. Called them to complain was told by management«if you don’t like the pizza, that is not our problem» Well, when your In the hospitality business and customers don’t like your food. That is your problem. Just lost another customer

Their white pizza with spinach had delicious ricotta cheese that shared the consistency of a homemade batch. I gave this three stars because the once I ordered the white pizza to be delivered, they didn’t include the ricotta cheese which is something I thought would be standard in making white pizza. Apparently you have to ask for it. Their cheese pizza and tasted pretty standard to me in terms of ingredients and their cooking. I ate there once with friends. The service experience was OK, but the lasagna was overpriced for the small portion my friend received. The stromboli was more like the size of a large calzone which I didn’t expect. Both were tasty though.

The fact that they serve a vegetarian, very traditional white pasta fagioli makes my day. I order it at least twice a week when I’m at work. Also, their pizza is not to be overlooked. The sauce is sweet and fresh with tons of garlic.

I have to echo Kristen’s comment about the pizza being very close to NYC pizza. I’m from Queens and this pizza is legit. Their mozzarella sticks were not good but I could care less for those. Other than that, I haven’t had any other food from them to really comment on.

Coming from New York, I am definitely a pizza snob. I hadn’t found a slice of pizza even close to as good as you can get in New York… that is, until I tried Napoli’s. The crust is absolutely perfect. Thin and crisp and the sauce is awesome. You know they use quality cheese when there is no grease running off the slice. I’ve now added them to my list of places to order from down here. It’s too bad they are closer to my job than my home.

Ordered three pizzas for pickup. They said the would be ready in a half an hour. went to pickup and waited over 45 minutes on top of the 30 minutes we already waited. This was on a Wednesday night as well. I don’t even care how the pizza tastes now. Nobody should wait that long for pizza. The place wasn’t even busy. I could have driven from ac to philly and got a slice in the city for the time I spent standing in their empty restaurant Update: the pizza sucks

The upper portion of their pizzas are great. But let’s be real, the part that makes a pizza is the crust. Soggy pizza is not my favorite thing to eat. On the other hand, their hot subs are pretty decent. I recommend the eggplant parm. The bread is toasted to flaky goodness and they give you a decent amount of crunchy eggplant. I’ll ask for the pizza to be extra crispy on my next visit and see if it helps.
