If I could leave a no star rating I would. I am a big supporter of local businesses. I will even pay a little more if I means supporting my community, however, that being said I will NEVER do business with this place again. It took 3 men 2 full days to complete 475sq feet of laying down laminate flooring. They did absolutely no prep work. We did it all. They showed up 2 hours late the first day worked for 2 hours took a 2 hour lunch worked for 2 hours and left. Day 2 they showed up an hour late and it started all over again. My husband works nights so he was up all day with them in our home. Then they argued about putting up our baseboards again which is what he agreed to do. Then after we insisted upon him doing it we realized he didn’t even replace them all. He threw some of them out so he didn’t have to put them all up. I have never been so disgusted with someone’s work ethic in my life. And I can’t complain to the owner because he was the owner that’s what makes it worse. The icing on the cake was a few weeks after all was said and done we were told that he no longer has a business license and he is still in business. So I hope other learn from our mistake. We love the flooring we chose, but they did a shoddy job on instillation and we still have to go back and fix things that they didn’t do properly. So save yourself the headache and hire a contractor or go somewhere else.

We needed the carpet stretched and altered to meet up with a laminate flooring repair, so we called and spoke to Frank and he gave us a quote for $ 75 and said he would come by at six when he closes shop. Frank called at six when he was on his way and quickly made the repair while chit chatting a bit. He was very personable and friendly. When he was done I asked how much I owed him and he said $ 25. This man was a blessing to us and we would definitely do business with him and recommend him to anyone for their flooring needs.
