DO NOT GO HERE!!! Ijust payed them 200 to service my lawnmower and now its got oil everywhere and wont start. I asked him to come look at it because its broke down in my yard and wont start and there is oil everywhere. He didnt tighten something down and wont even come look at it. He says I have to pay him to come back out even though he ruined my lawnmower! Worst company i have ever done business with! Jade sold the shop and these guys have no business working on equipment. They couldnt even get the blades to cut even. The new owner says i dont know. So i said i guess i need to take it to another company so they can do it right he said i guess so. Im getting my lawer involved now! Do not go hear go anywhere else you have been warned. They do not stand behind there work.

I stopped in to inquire about an electric mower repair (sadly the old mower isn’t worth fixing vs the cost of a replacement– but they are recycling the old broken one for me). I was pleased with the service. Apparently there is new ownership, so maybe the previous poor reviewers should give this small local shop another try.
And diagnostic fees are a part of life– the person performing the work needs to be paid for their time, right?!

Our riding lawn mower has been to the shop 3 times in a period of 3 weeks. We were charged for a belt that was never replaced and we have only been able to use the mower for less than one hour. Jade has sold the shop to Frankie, hopefully he will be able to fix the mower.

I had a TroyBilt string trimmer that required engine repair. Three weeks and several phone calls later I was informed that the shop was unable to repair it. Insult to injury, it was asked that I pay for the diagnostic. Sorry, while I would have gladly paid to fix it, I am certainly not going to pay to learn that it didn’t run. I knew that when I brought it in. I left it there. Good luck and good-bye.

Don’t know what Chuck’s problem is, but I thought Jade was great. He went the extra mile to help me w/warrantee repairs. Helped me get the tool replaced above and beyond what he needed to do. I’m going back with another tool for repair.

This shop sucks – they don’t stand behind anything they repair or sell you.
And his tough shit attitude is very sad. he isn’t the only shop around, but he thinks he is. I’d give him NO stars, but is requires I put at least one. Karma my friend.
Like the one star rating says“Eek, me thinks not”.
You’ve been warned.
