RCI Solar Electric

One of the best solar company out there. It looks like a family is running the company. Dad Fred main guy, son Rick takes care of technical stuff and daughter Sera takes care of apointment and scheduling. I dont know who to give the best service award. They three were awesome, promt, punctual and respectful. I had 10 of my panels not working and called Fred and explained him on the phone. He sent Rick to take pictures of the panels not working. They found out BP solar is the manufacturer. But BP solar went bankrupt couple of years back. Since every panels have 25 years warranty they contacted the BP warranty department. BP had a recall on these models so they asked them to send all the 40 modules and and they will issue a check to replace them. The check is on its way. They just replaced the entire modules today. The best part is I still havent paid them. Because Fred said I can pay them once I receive the check from BP.
This is the trust they have. In this day and age it is very hard to find trusting and honest people like them. Also they are very reasonable in pricing. When Rick came to take picture he charged only $ 175 whereas I have had people who just came and tried to fix but couldnt and suggested me to change inverter itself, have charged $ 300/​visit. I am breaking even with the cost. I would any day recommend RCI solar to any one I care about.
