Robbins’ Quality Garage Doors

My garage door stopped operating on a Saturday. I did what I could but soon realized that I would need a professional to come out. I waited until Monday to call, and they had someone there within two hours. After the initial assessment it was discovered that the tension rod spring was broken. They had to go get parts but they were back within the hour. They installed a much stronger tension rod and my garage door has never worked better. I think it is quieter now than when I moved in 8 years ago (house was brand new when I moved in). I also felt that the price was very reasonable. Thanks Robbins!
One last thing, I’ve been wanting to get a quiet belt drive opener but don’t want the hassle of the install (took me 4 hours to install the one I have). Now that I know there is a local place with fair prices, Robbins will definitely be the ones to install my new one.

I called the first place that came up on a search these guys where not them. I called them second and went with them and glad I did! The garage door broke Friday and they came out the same day. They quoted (they being Travis) quoted us a price and broke down all he would be doing if we went with them (same thing the other company did but Travis didn’t try to up sell)
It took him about an hour to get the job done and charged less than what was quoted on Friday. He called to make sure we where still on for the morning and was here well within the time he said he’d be here.
He also I formed us that the moater on the garage door opener was peobabl5going to go out soonish (6 mo to a year) and quotes us a price on tuning it up.

Fantastic, got home from work at 2:30 to find my garage door wasn’t working I called Robbins’s Quality garage door Repair and he had a very polite repair person here to service my door by 3:35. Absolutely amazing and very reason. I highly recommend this efficient company.

My wife came home from work and the garage door broke and I mean BROKE!!! Panels separated, rollers detached, cable un spooled from the spring and the rails bent. It was and absolute mess.
I called the and the owner answered. It was already after 5 but he asked me for my address and two technicians showed up in less than 45 minutes.
They hooked the cable and spring back up and made sure my wife could get her car out of the garage for work in the morning. Didn’t even charge me for a service call.
After making sure we could get the car out, they took measurements and asked if I wanted it fixed or replaced. How they could fix the door with the hinges sheered off I have no idea but they said they could do it. The technicians left and told me the owner would be in contact in the morning.
Once again I spoke to the owner, he gave me all my options and told me exactly what they had in stock. I chose to replace the door and they showed up before 1pm same day. Removed every piece of the door, disposed of it and replaced every single part. Didn’t reuse a single thing.
I went with the door they recommended and I love it. It’s so much cleaner, quieter and I can already tell my garage will be cooler then before.
This is the 3^rd time Robbin’s has done service for me and I cannot stress highly enough how great it is to have someone you can count on when you need them.

All I can say is wow!
I expected to spend at least $ 1000 today but the guy that came out was really honest. Fixed me up for a 100.00. Explained my options of repair vs replacing. They have my business going forward. The tech was really sharp on knowledge and customer service.

I stopped by to get a quote for a new garage door opener (the old one would open and close at random). They quoted a price which I thought was perfect. What I didn’t know was that they also replaced the track and chain. The door is unbelievably quiet now. They came out the morning after I stopped by and were done in 45 minutes. The installers knew their stuff and walked me through the new one and I can’t be more pleased.
