My issues with BAIR happened before I was Unilocaling, however, after chasing a freon leak for months, the decision was made to switch out the evaporator coil. Hundreds of dollars, and a couple of years later, another freon leak in the evaporator coil. Will BAIR come out and replace it? Only for a cost.
Giving this business 1 star is too much credit.

Buyer beware. All this company cares about is making a buck at any cost. Installed a furnace in my home that was not properly vented and posed a CO risk to my family. When I brought the situation to their attention, was told they’d fix it – for a price.
