I’ve returned numerous times since my last review and have received better food and service. The Thai Chicken Salad is my new favorite item. The peanut sauce and Thai dressing are a well balanced combination and give a spicy kick to the salad. It’s also pretty healthy– full of edamame, carrot, and antibiotic free chicken. I am also a fan of their flatbread selection. The Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread pairs perfectly with a salad or soup and leaves me feeling full and satisfied. My Panera rewards are an added bonus, saving me money on You Pick 2’s, salads or pastry items.

If you have been to one Panera Bread you have been to them all. Nothing surprising but still tasty! I am a soup & sandwich girl so I love Panera Bread! Clean restaurant, friendly staff, yummy broccoli cheddar soup :)

The food is good, but not always correct. They have messed up orders a few times: leaving the chicken off the chicken Caesar salad and mixing up the turkey sandwiches. They don’t pay attention to details.

Was glad to see a decent fast food place on our route to Arlington, VA. Service wasn’t that friendly. No smile and no asking if we had a Panera card. The food was ready in a good amount of time. Nothing was wrong with it. Plenty of seating as well.

I went in and ordered food to go. The lady that helped me was super nice and accommodating, providing me with cups and extra napkins and stuff. I went back to the office with the food and realized the people who made the food forgot the bread and only gave me one fork. Hopefully it was just a fluke. The portions were okay, they’re usually hit or miss here.

They need to learn how to make a Lobster roll. It is not suppose to be dry. It was all dry meat. And a roll.

Pretty standard Panera, quick good food, you know what you get. Decent amount of spaces to sit and eat. The shopping center can get mobbed sometimes so parking and getting in and out can get obnoxious.

Einstein bagels in Annapolis is way better than this place. Ordered a bagel, they didn’t give it to me. They just let it sitting there for 10 minutes without saying anything to me. An order of oatmeal took 20 minutes to make. Einstein bagels has a far superior selection of bagels and cream cheeses. I won’t return and will gladly drive the 20 extra miles to get decent bagels and service.

Great franchise but this location continues to suffer from a disorganized staff at the register and at the counter when waiting for food. They need to implement a more efficient process otherwise it’s not going to make it at this location.

Nice and clean and predictable. The food was good and the portions are not outrageous large. The service was very friendly and the environment laid back and safe enough to let the kids order and pick up for themselves.

I originally went to Starbucks but they didn’t have my pumpkin cream cheese muffin or my Bacon and Gouda. I ordered the last Pumpkin Muffin they had. It wss yummy as usual. I was in and out with ease. The cashier was friendly. No complaints.

My order never changes: a cinnamon toasted bagel with honey walnut cream cheese, tomato soup, and green tea. My service is always fast, the seating is comfortable and I enjoy the food. Not much else to ask for. Only downside is the parking, if it’s a busy weekend be prepared to spend a few minutes looking for a space.

I really do not care for Panera anymore but their egg soufflés are so good they draw me in against my will. Nothing else moves me but the free wifi.

Panera is a standard classic. This local, in particular, is average. I can get my egg and cheese sandwich, pastry, and coffee. I can rely on Panera to satisfy my craving for great gluten goodies!

I go to Panera all the time and always get the same thing. Although I know it is over-priced I can always count on it tasting good and filling me up. I just returned home from grabbing Panera and bringing it back home to eat. The amount of food I got is a joke. I ordered the pick 2– sierra turkey and mac and cheese, which I order all the time. My sierra turkey sandwich was half the size that it usually is– so that’s a quarter of a sandwich I got instead of half of one and the mac and cheese was only 2⁄3 of the way filled up in the cup. The baguette piece was also half the size they usually give you. I usually can only eat the sandwich or the mac and cheese and save one for later because I am so full. This time I ate everything, including the bread which I do not usually eat, and I am still hungry. Let’s just say that next time I’m hungry, Panera will be the last place on my list to eat. I am extremely disappointed.

In the Bowie-crofton area there are approximately 3 Paneras. This location is the most spacious, busiest, cleanest and has the kindest staffs. The counters looks wider and there are more selections.

Panera Bread always has something to suit my hunger pangs. But most of all is their Soups, Bagels and Sourdough bread.

FINALLY! An alternative in the area that isn’t Atlanta Bread company(ugh!). As far as chains goes, Panera is the best sandwich café out there and very conducive to hours of working or studying. Wi-fi is available throughout and, at this location, outlets are everywhere, even at the booths under the seats(just make sure you look — they are at the base of the seats). The set-up here is typical; the parking atypical. You have to sort of park around the back and walk around to get in, but it’s not a hassle per se. Just a little random. Service-wise, it’s fine and the food is good, as is typical. Located in the new, neighboring Waugh Chapel strip mall, it’s a much welcomed addition to the Crofton/Gambrills area which is seriously hurting for good café options from which to work from.

FYI, the location listed is incorrect as of the date of this review, though if look at the map, it’s accurately located almost adjacent to Atlanta Bread Company in Waugh Chapel shopping area. Yes, it’s open for business already… and believe me, business is booming! Even less than an hour before closing, there are always a good number of folks enjoying the food and atmosphere. The entire shopping complex is not yet ready(no Wegman’s until October!) :’(but the Panera is already open, and it is just what you’d expect from them. Bread is baked fresh every day, along with all of their other pastries, and the standard menu of inventive and wholesome soups, salads and sandwiches shines here, as well. We’ve already been there several times since it opened late last month(May), and each time has been as exemplary as before. The service thus far has been the brightest star, with friendly and already knowledgable staff ready to take your order and ensure everything is as you expect it. One mistake was very quickly corrected, which given the fact that they’re in the first month is wholly expected. The reaction was key, though, so that was a plus to see. Definitely glad to have one so close to home now. Welceome, Panera! You’ll be seeing more of us soon, I have no doubt!
