They’ve moved! Know that before you order carry-out through their ap and trek on over to their old location which now sells mattresses. Luckily, the new location is just across the street facing their old location. I imagine this move was a godsend to the delivery drivers, who had to brave turning onto Rte 3 countless times each night. They now have a light! If you want a detailed history of my ordering practices at Pizza Hut, see my earlier reviews. My recent order at the new store tells me that they are trying to make a good impression, and wash away the sins of the past. Not one complaint. The new store is completely different from the old one in terms of atmosphere. If you ever played sports for a winning team as a child, I’m sure you are familiar with the typical décor of Pizza Hut. Ugly boothes, dank lighting, and carpet that has never seen a vacuum cleaner. The new store is more in the vein of fast casual industrial fixtures like Chipotle. It’s not as large, but it looks less sad to see fewer tables without bodies sitting at them. There are no booths, just high-top tables, and there is no carpet. Much cleaner and friendlier. I might even order there tonight.

Terrible experience. Tried to order with mobile app but app kept freezing. Called and waited on h0ld 15 minutes and explained the issue. Manager Tim talked to us and was very rude. He hung up on us. Finally got app to work and placed order. Been tk this pizza Hut many times but never been treated this poorly.

I feel like the quality has improved a great bit from before, though it’s still not my favorite pizza in the area. I wouldn’t call it processed or cardboard-like or anything negative like that. Just not fresh, eye-popping, amazingly good. Great prices on the deals keep me interested, though. I do miss the days when the dining room used to be crowded(well, at least not empty), and the fireplace would actually work and be going. And when they used to have a buffet. Those were good days. For nostalgia’s sake, I hope this PH never leaves. I would like to see a renaissance like a certain other unnamed pizza chain had recently, but I digress.

I have been going to this Pizza Hut for several years now. It has always been kind of hit or miss. My last trip there to pick up a couple pizzas and some chicken wings was less then stellar. Actually, less than average. Immediately, when I pulled up, I noticed a large group of thuggish looking«kids» in the parking lot. Gigantic jeans hanging down almost to their knees. Boxer shorts showing. Looking at me like I was the one who wasn’t supposed to be there. Really weird. So I go in, pick up my food, and before I could pay for it, the girl at the cash register goes outside to hang with her gang of friends in the parking lot. Just leaving me hanging at the register. The guy in the kitchen had to come and ring me up. Really bizarre. When I got home, I noticed that the order was actually correct and everything was hot and seemed OK. Unfortunately, the pizzas were salty to the point of almost being in edible. I don’t know when Pizza Hut started over salting their pizza, but it was horrible. The buffalo wings were pretty good. But most of the food and the customer service was pretty terrible. Pizza Hut should really be careful, as there is a lot of new competition in the area for pizza. There is pizza Boli’s, Squisito, Dominos, Mr. Pizza, Three Brothers, Today’s Pizza, Little Caesars, Coal Fire, etc… With all of those other(better) choices, I don’t think I would be back to this Pizza Hut. The parking lot seems to be the scumbag methhead hang out, at least for now. And I can do without my weekly allotment of sodium in one pizza. Two stars. Two generous stars. Get it together Pizza Hut.

I had carryout. The pizza was mediocre at best. It was dry. The kitchen looked clustered and messy. The workers did not seem organized.

Had delivery. The boneless wings were $ 3.50 and had 4 nuggets vs wings, they were not spicy. The sandwich was small, bread crunchy with little meat, pizza was below average for local delivery.

Placed an order for a large cheese pizza and an order of breadsticks for delivery. Figured my little guys and I could get a few things done at home while we waited. 55MINUTESLATER… our order arrived. Cold. This place is less than 2 miles from our house. Sorry Pizza Hut. This is the second time your delivery time was absolutely ridiculous. Next time we go to Dominos or Papa Johns when we need delivery — both of which have better deals anyway.

Food was decent, its pizza hut, it’s the same everywhere. Service was pretty bad. Had a large party and some confusion is expected, but a couple orders were wrong and one of the cards was almost lost and another was charged for a completely different tables order.
