I showed up around 2pm and they call me back to come pick my car up and it was done, and looking better then I could ever imagine. Thanks for the hook up Tint Boss.

Excellent customer service. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment. The attendant greeted me at the door and asked if I’d like something drink. There was 1 car in front of me but it did not take long to get to my car. They did an outstanding job. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
Tip: Try going during the week day when it’s not as busy as the weekend could potentially be.

Worst customer service.
Made my appointment a week in advance, showed up and the doors were locked. Called the guy and he told me he had went home early and the other guy was out of town. I guess he didn’t bother to check if he had any appointments that day nor to call and tell me that they wouldn’t be in the shop and to reschedule.
The shop has copy paper taped on the window with their hours written in sharpie.
When you call you aren’t greeted professionally and I guess they just pretend to make note of your appointment with them. I was having this done for my boyfriend as an anniversary gift, went out of my way and it was a huge disappointment not only to him but to me. Ruined my entire surprise I had for him.
