I found a very nice selection in this store, i bought travertine tile and marble, love the displays and the location is perfect, customer services was good, ordering was easy, my especial order arrived on time and they arranged the delivery for me without problem, if I have another project, I will go back again for sure!!!

We are very pleased with the new owner and his staff at Versa-​Tile and Marble Group. They are very knowledgeable and helped us make our kitchen renovation complete. This business seems to have turned the corner on customer focus. I would recommend them to my family and friends!!!

Front end helpers were great. Selection was awesome. Ordering was painful. We had to wait for owner to arrive at work twice so he could special order our tile and flooring. Even so, he never took the initiative to let us know if the order was successfully submitted. After 3 weeks of non-​status despite our reaching out for one, we cancelled the order. The next month we were billed for the tile and flooring we never received.
Overall experience was awful.

I went into the store having a good idea about what I was looking for – travertine tumbled kitchen backsplash. I was ready to buy the product, but the customer service was very poor. One lady who works there must have passed by me at least five times and never even acknowledged me. Because of that, I will take my money elsewhere.
