If Dr Gigliano could be my PCP, I would sign my whole family up! She is the BEST eye doctor we have ever had– honestly. We are a military family who has been shifted from place to place. Having seen so many, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of care we received. She has always exceeded my expectations.
She is excellent at checking our eyes and explains our risk with predisposition of our familial issues. I have a son with special needs and she discusses in detail how we can best help him, in all areas.
Her daughter, works as her receptionist. Rachel is always pleasant. She always offers to adjust our current glasses, assists with choosing the best frames for our face and is really just downright amicable.
These two go above and beyond. BTW, 4 out of 5 of us wear prescription glasses. There is never a push for an upsale. When my son decided to move to contacts, they were so patient and it was 3 appointments to learn to put them in… They were more patient than he was! Lol. This office accommodates us and takes us all at once (no missing two days of work for me). Of course, I am respectful in making sure we don’t cancel 5 appointments, also.
I have had 2 health issues that continue to complicate my own prescription. Dr Gigliano thinks outside the box, discussing and planning the best course of action for my best results.
As you can see, my family feels passionately about this place. I am grateful to have found this practice. It has been a pleasure working with Eye Care Connection.
