Accidents are no fun but if you are involved in one, and can use LC, at least that aspect will be pleasant. I had my car towed 45 miles just so I could avail myself of their services — as I knew they were top notch. (I hit a deer years ago and they were wonderful then, too). Their new facility is bright and clean, and customer service is obviously a priority with them. My car is as good as new, AND they detailed it better than the detailing place I last used! They even delivered it to my door when done. Thank you LC Auto Body!

I bought a brand new Honda Civic 2012 in January of 2013. In April I was involved in a car accident (side-​swiped, but I avoided a head on, not my fault!) — and a few people, including my Allstate agent recommended this place. Of course, I did my own research online and by word-​of-​mouth and decided to let LC take care of my new car. From the first phone call, I was treated with kindness, respect and the best customer service… EVER. I felt comfortable with my choice. I also did when I walked in. The storefront is new (although the business has been around for decades) — and so clean you could literally eat off of the floors. They took exactly the amount of time they said they would with the car and honestly, you could NOT tell I had an accident. They took care of this car, as if it were their own. I can’t speak highly enough of this place. Also, I had a minor issue, that I had to take the car back for… the door’s lock kept clicking and once the alarm went off as I was pumping gas… and I took it back (twice) … but once again, they listened to me and took care of the issue once they could pinpoint how to fix it in the door. I hope you NEVER have to have an accident. but if you do, take your car to LC Auto Body, they will NOT disappoint.
