Awful! I thought Ethan Allen had high quality furniture. I grew up thinking that, but I bought a sofa bed and it is pure crap. The frame for the bed has snapped and my husband had to drill a whole for a bolt to keep it together. The arm guard was sewn with a nylon thread that eventually shredded where ever it touched so now the upholstery is shredded where it was suppose to have been protected. In addition, we spent the first weeks with Ethan Allen, trying to get the cushions right. It is honestly one of the worst big ($ 3500) purchases I have ever made. NEVER AGAIN!

Annie was very helpful. The quality of furniture is great. Made is USA but i took out one star because it takes about 3 months to receive your furniture.

will keep this short. have heard various opinion on ea. went to garden city ny and couldnt have been treated better. spent a ton of time with us, made recommendations, often for lower priced items over high ones. got aaa treatment and evailuation of my space at home numerous times. the furniture is first rate with 75% of it made in america. Our consultant, monica, is one of the most professional people we have ever worked with at any level of business. i cant recommend them or her enough. totally satisfied in all areas.
