I’m in my 50’s and was overweight because of my love of food and hate for exercise. I’ve done Jenny Craig Weight Watchers, used a Fit Bit and My Fitness Pal. All had some success, but ultimately I put the weight back on. I met Jordan through a friends that lost 25 pounds training with him. He designed a plan for me that has been fun, kept me accountable and motivated. The workouts feel good, which is a surprise — I have never liked working out before. I am always surprised to see that at the end of my sessions my heart rate monitor shows I burned between 450 — 500 calories. I have lost several inches off my waist so far and have all sorts of muscle definition now. I still have a long way to go but I feel good about having Jordan’s training along the way and my wife is happy.

Thank you so much Jordan! I have been so sick and tired of lazy trainers that put me on the treadmill for 20 minutes during my workout session — then have me do some boring exercises while they talk to me about all of their problems. You are very professional and you always change up the workouts so that I actually CANSEE results! It’s only been a few weeks but my husband and I TOTALLY notice a difference in the tone and shaping of my body! I have never been able to sculpt and LIFT my «behind» with any success. The exercises you have taught at the gym, I am also able to do at home — and I do exactly what you have taught me and the exercises WORK! Thank you Jordan for your fresh and professional approach to fitness — you have really inspired me to stick with it and keep slimming down!!!
