Steve Madden

As soon as I entered Steve Madden, Joshua greeted me. I browsed for a bit, and he approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. My eyes caught the sight of a beautiful pair of black pumps. I explained that I had an engagement party to attend and would like to try on the black pumps. After trying them on he complimented me, asked what kind of outfit I was planning on wearing, gave me his personel input, and we decided that these were the perfect shoes. This was an associate that CLEARLY went above and beyond for his customer! I was very impressed and appreciated all his effort. I would go to a Steve Madden store every now and then when I felt like it, but with service like this, I will DEFINATELY be coming to this particular store more often for my shoe needs!

When I came here a few months ago I had been browsing in and out of different stores in the mall in search of finding a simple black knee high boot with no heel preferable.
Steve Madden shoes I have worn before so I know they wear well. I have a very muscular calf and finding a nice boot to come above it while wear skinny jeans.
When I came in the the salesman AJ saw I wanted to try on the higher boots about 3 – 4 boots of trying on he said let me have you try this on I bought them for my sister and she has the same situation. They are a pointy paired boot with no heel
Low and behold they fit. Just enough snug so they will slide over skinny jeans/​leggings. I was so happy. I think it was grateful that I listened and tried his recommendation.
It is very difficult to find a nice knee boot when all the models they advertise have tiny calf muscles. Since I have purchased these I get tons of compliments.
I will be back Steve Madden store you inspired me! And made me happy! Great job

While I don’t yet have enough money in my bank account to accumulate a decent collection of Jimmy Choo’s– Blame it on the recent graduation from college and the lack of a job– I can much more easily afford to increase my collection of Steve Madden’s (which in my opinion give good old Jimmy a little competition). The bitchy sales associates can be blamed for my subtraction of a star from this rating… Although when I’m in this store I’m in shoe-​heaven, (this is a legitimate term existing in the english language, I swear… look it up) I don’t appreciate obnoxious salespeople trying to bring down my high.
