What a delicious breakfast! We were happy with the service and had THE. BEST. Meal: omelettes with a delicious salad and gluten-free toast, coconut chia pudding, incredibly good coffee with soy milk. This place has great options for gluten-free, vegans, dairy-free vegetarians, and people who are interested in healthy fresh food with flavor! Even their salt and pepper were delicieuse! The staff were accommodating and friendly and very interested in helping us to have a great experience at 10am on a Saturday! Fantastique! Merci Beaucoup to Mike and his team at Le pain Quotidien and please open a restaurant in Burlington, VT!

Finally a nice quaint comfortable place to relax and enjoy a light healthy meal. The prices are reasonable the menu is clean and healthy. The managers come to the table to make sure everything is alright. I always ask for the same server Kumalo. He always serves with a smile and gives good food recommendations. Everyone should try this place when shopping at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City.

Amazing place for brunch!!! Love the huge selection of fresh and healthy foods. Sat here for hours with a few friends and had the best time. The manager Jack kept coming to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and our server Kumalo was super friendly and very attentive. So happy this area finally has a place to come and hang out. Also love the quick grab and go options for when I’m in a rush! Oh and they have great wine selections!

I am a regular here and I ALWAYS leave with a satisfied belly and a huge smile on my face. This is my go to whenever I am hungry. The only restaurant around the area that serves fresh and enjoyable food. Pay now and save later! Also, with their app you collect rewards which are pretty sweet deals. The app kinda tracks what you usually order so that your rewards can be similar to what you like to eat(not just random things!) I will forever be a loyal costumer of Le Pain. I do have to agree with some of the other reviews that the service can be slow at times. However, the food makes up for it. I always pay through the app so I don’t have to experience the wait at the end and I also get my rewards! Stop by!

The short: Expect slow service, overpriced Panera with less comfortable seating. The whole story: I usually wait to write a review after trying a place more than once. But I’ve been to other locations in this chain and not had such a disappointing experience. For the price, you might expect a little more in the service department. But we sat ourselves, found our own menus and waited patiently our food then waited somewhat patiently for utensils. I ordered the Oven Roasted chicken Cobb salad. It lacked dressing and even after adding some, it still lacked something… chicken. When I mentioned the salad didn’t have chicken, I was offered a dessert instead. What about the chicken? We took the dessert and 15% off the check, so I suppose they tried. But I left completely unsatisfied and still hungry. And I managed to still pay more than if I had gone out for sushi. My mom liked her smoked salmon and arugula. I thought it looked sparse, but she liked it so two stars.

Ordered catering from this location and got good service. The mini croissant sandwiches were great, the salmon one was my favorite. They didn’t have the mini pastries so had to make a substitution and the half and half for coffee leaked in the bag so we had to find other napkins, but thankfully the food was wrapped securely in plastic. Overall a nice experience and good value.

Kumalo our waiter and Jack the manager were amazing. For our first time here it was a wonderful experience and it was nice having an experienced waiter and friendly manager to help us us through the menu. The food was yummy and delicious and we look forward to returning soon to try new things.

I am writing this review as I have eaten here 3 times. First off the seating is horrible. The most uncomfortable hard wood chairs and wood tables. Not comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. Service is very slow, they forget to bring the basics. Water and silverware are basic necessities. Food: overall the food was good. Bread is extemely hard and really not very good at all. The most unsanitary part of this restaurant are the jars of jams and Jellys with spoons in them. They are absolutely disgusting and sticky. I asked the waiter what is to stop someone from using it and then double dipping or using their utensils they put in their mouth and then put in the jars. The waiter was dumbfounded. And said its the honor system. I think the department of health needs to come into this place and check it out again. The price of the food is reasonable. It is not overly expensive, the people complaining about the price must only eat fast food. This place can be a great addition but they need to make it cozy and sanitary.

Great addition to Roosevelt field mall!!! This place is clean eating at its best. There’s a plethora of organic and natural treat, beverages and entrées. I just picked up their dark roast coffee because it’s sooo delicious and Organic! Jack(general manager) was very friendly and courteous. Love that they even have alcoholic beverages! 5-grain bread is yumdeliumcous!!!

2 times my friend & I came here and Both Times the service was Terrible! The Place was Empty, there were 2 other tables of 2. This time we ordered the Avacado toast, a piece of cake, &2 coffees. It took Over 30 minutes and that was with me asking. The waitress said there was only 1 person in the kitchen working. I saw her and she was making my avacodo toast was doing more talking to whoever was in the kitchen with her! She could have cared less, the waitress could have cared less. I don’t think there was a manager there and if there was he was no where to be found. They are Sooooo Slowww! We asked for the check and she never brought it. We asked again and she said«Oh I didn’t see your order» so on that note we could have walked out and not paid. Then we get the check and there were things on there we didn’t order. Wait some more for her to change the check. By this time you can imagine how disgusted we were. This waitress the slow pace totally put us in a bad mood. We tipped her over 20% and she didn’t say Thank you, good night NOTHING! The food was ok, no big deal. The bathroom was ok not real clean. Don’t bother going here. The ones in the city are so much better! There is definitely Something off about this place.

Never ate here so this may not be a fair review. Took one look at the menu when they opened up and walked right out. $ 14 for two slices of plain avo toast with no toppings LOL um no. They put this place in the Neimans wing and not in the dining district for a reason.

Can’t sit inside… only for table service… Waaaaa ??? The branch that I’m used to in the city has ample window seating to enjoy your tea/coffee and take a moment to refresh. This location has a few cozy club chairs that sit almost in the hall of the new wing. Ok, maybe next time I’ll order tea at the table.

I absolutely love this place! The whole concept and the mission of the restaurant is great; it’s bringing a piece of Europe to Long Island. Food is very fresh, and lots of organic and healthy options. Coffee is great. Kumalo was an awesome waiter, very kind and attentive — and super smiley :-) The manager Jack also went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. I just wish the bread was served warm

The most admirable aspect of ‘Le Pain’ is the aesthetic, wooden textures, great lighting, and an atmosphere complete with classic music and Jazz. As a student, its perfect for me. I come here with my laptop, grab an Americano, and a brownie heated up. You might catch me here sometime as I’ve become a regular. The food is fresh, tastes great, and yes, is a bit pricey. But, its worth it if you’re at all health conscious. The customer service is still developing, but the staff is kind, and I’ve become friends with all of them, and the managers. To me, this is a coffeeshop, and as such, it tops any in the vicinity! If you want a break from Starbucks, this is the place to be!

LPQ is located right next to Neiman Marcus, and has a hip wooden look, with a café in the front and a restaurant in the back. There is a communal table and many tables for indoor and outdoor seating. The menu for the restaurant has lots of great and healthy options including soups, salads, omelettes, and sandwiches. There are daily specials that spice up the menu, as well. I ordered the special salad bowl of the day with quinoa, pomegranate seeds, goat cheese, kale, and pumpkin seeds and added chicken to it. My friend got the smoked salmon omelette with gruyère cheese which was equally as delicious. My favorite part is that most dishes come with a slice of two of bread, which isn’t normally too enticing. But here, there are spreads on the table that range from dark chocolate spread, to cookie butter, to hazelnut spread, to agave, to a variety of fruit butters. Diners are encouraged to try all of the spreads and enjoy them on the bread! The downside of this place is the service. It is very slow and the servers on several occasions forget to bring you essentials like water or silverware. There is a LPQ app that you can download to order and pay the bill, which is helpful if you want to enjoy their food but wait less time to wait for the check and such. It’s a nice addition to Roosevelt Field, and a great option if you would like to meet up with a friend or even have a business meeting in a location other than the food court.

Our third visit to three different locations. Love the décor and quality of the food. A little drop of France. Freshly made food that runs out which is a good thing. Quiche for me, avocado toast for my husband. Soup of the day was sweet potato and coconut, delicious and unusual. Don’t forget to visit the bakery on the way out!

In search of a great Apple Crossiant in honor of my little sisters Birthday today Jan 9. I found it here she would of loved it her favorite Dessert. The Pastries and Hot Chocolate is so Delicious! The staff is super friendly and the Décor is Simply Beautiful! I don’t mind the higher price and compared to Starbucks no long wait! There are many Organic Gluten Free and Vegan Options! Can’t wait to try the rest of the Menu!

The Breads! The Quiche! The Tarts! The Cookies! I can now rave about my favorite NYC place now in Nassau county. In the mall parking lot no less! Lets see how the nice folks from Nassau County react when they learn about the dining room seating rules that’s only for restaurant patrons and not take out peeps. *order a coffee and a muffin then sit in the dining room. You’ll get chased out Ah, it’s all good. For now, Lets talk about Le Pain Quotidien. And how the heck do you pronounce the name? I never saw this name anywhere on Flatbush Ave ha ha Picture the best cakes, cookies and soups, made fresh and ready for purchase. A warm, freshly baked croissant with fresh squeezed orange juice or how about breakfast & omelets all day long? I LOVE the fact I can get an omelet for anytime of the day. I stopped in today to get my favorite drink, a mint lemonade. Freshly squeezed lemons, its amazing! When you’re finished you can save your cup with the mint and fill it all day long with water. Mint water! *Its my invention, I’ve been doing it for years in NYC. Today I ordered a Quinoa and Tabbouleh salad. Very light. Very French. Very ooh la la! Served with two slices of organic bread, it was a great lunch. Total price with drink: $ 17.94 Now you can look at this place and say what the heck, that’s a lot of $$ for lunch. Or you can indulge in a nice, quite spot that has the best coffee, cookies, muffins, sandwiches, omelets or my personal favorite, a ham & cheese croissant. Trust me this is not fast food, its quality food. I took my to go salad and sat outside in the garden area outside in the parking lot. I should knock off a star for that move but my minty lemonade is now accessible to me and my salad was pretty kickin’. Le Pain Quotidien Garden City, this is a start of a beautiful friendship. I’ll be back tomorrow for a ham & cheese crossiant. Then coffee and a big cookie. Then.

wandering around the mall today waiting for my hubs to get out of eye doctor, I stopped by here to try some hot cocoa. yummy. plus it’s such a cute fancy place. about time we get some fancier stuff in this mall! can’t wait for Neiman Marcus. I’m sure this place will do even better then BTW… it’s sort of lone right now, I wouldn’t have even known it was there yet. they have food too, again will definitely have to come back and try more stuff. some cheap girl came up behind me as I ordered saying not for that price as she looked at menu then walked away… I guess some people might consider this place expensive, I didn’t lol. I mean if you want super cheap go to dunkin donuts… but you won’t be getting belgian hot chocolate there :)
