Worst store ever! I bought there galaxy s5. The sales people were pushy. And they lied to me about promotion just to get the sale. I’m not expecting nothing from t mobile customer service. But those kids over there in the store, it’s something that i never experienced.

I went there yesterday because I needed a a new SIM as per my conversation with Technical Assistance earlier. One of the reps told me that he could change my SIM for a $ 20 fee. I have been Tmobile customer 10+ years so I know that the $ 20 fee only applies to elective SIM changes, not defective/necessary ones. The other two Tmobile kiosks are closed, so The Cellphone Store/Tmobile Retailer seems to have thrown rules and decency to the wind. Anyway I left and went to an actual Tmobile store to pickup my free replacement SIM.

Avoid at all cost! Last Friday, me and my boyfriend were planning on renewing our contract and getting new phones. The T-Mobile sales rep, Zee, told us about a promotional contract that would help us save money. Great! Gave us the first bad news which was that we would need to change our phone numbers and then continued to tell us that T-Mobile didn’t have any Galaxy S 2 on hand but that they were going to have them available Monday. It is now Tuesday and Zee has still not contacted us back and no Galaxy S2. Stay away from this T-Mobile they make promises to make a sale but do not deliver.
