I had a very pleasant experience here to be honest! Although the place didn’t have all the items that my boyfriend and I needed, I felt that the employees were so helpful in locating them at a nearby RadioShack and having them hold the items for us. The gentleman that helped us was really nice and I felt like he was very knowledgeable about what we needed and who to contact so that we could complete our task. I wish I remembered his name, because it was him that really compelled me to write a good review about the place, but overall, service here was on point and I think the employees should be given credit for that! Thank you for your help!

There’s ALWAYS an issue Everytime I go to this radio shack –ALWAYS. I am giving two stars and not one because the employees always
help me out with my defective device, but still it’s a pain in the Ass, and a great inconvenience to have to keep going back whenever I purchase something, and it doesn’t work to its best ability. Since I’m work in the area I have always came to this particular radio shack for my phone upgrades. I don’t know if they just keep selling used products, but i’be gone through about three messed up Sprint phones. I think I like radio shack because it’s so small and I don’t feel overwhelmed with choices, its like a 123 decision, but honestly I reccomend staying away from radio shack in general and sticking to another store for all your electronic needs.

Electronic pieces and parts.
Radio Shack is the turn-to place for all kinds of electronic pieces and parts for the home: cable connectors, phone connector boxes, iPod accessories etc.
This location is fairly quiet whenever I go in there– but being not too busy does not guarantee that you will get out of there quick — the service is very slow for some reason, especially if there are more than 2 people in there.
Radio Shack has tried over the years to upscale their offerings — Laptops, stereos and video games for example. So, if a customer is looking at any of those items, you can forget getting any help for your $ 5 gizmo.
The place is clean as a whistle. Large parking lot in front.
