Burger King

Absolutely terrible. Let me just say that I wanted to give this place a chance seeing as I just wanted to grab me and my wife a quick breakfast on the way to work. Typically we eat at home so I thought, why not? To start the lady barely paid any attention to me as I was giving her my order through the loudspeaker, secondly when I got to the window it took her at least 5 + minutes to actually appear and finally she gave me nasty, milky coffee that was definitely not worth the «99 cents» extra. Oh and did I mention she messed up my wife’s order twice? When I asked for a sausage biscuit with no cheese and egg but for an extra patty I was OH SO surprised when I received a CROISSANT sausage sandwich WITH egg and cheese plus a charge for an extra patty that was clearly invisible. So I roll back around after driving off and give her my complaint, she says «okay no problem» with so much enthusiasm i almost shed a tear and when she trades my coffee for sprites, so iced you would think an Eskimo made them, I was gladly given a sandwich with 2 sausage patties on it. Congratulations! You used addition and practical thinking skills today! :D So I go to drop it off to my pregnant wife who craving sausage and biscuit, and what do you know… a good ol’ croissant bun snuggling two greasy sausage patties… sigh.
I will absolutely NEVER go there again

I came here 2 weeks ago and used the Fundraising card from Rancho Alamitos High School which offers a free whopper with purchase of a whopper combo which the MANAGER gladly obliged to. Fast forward to September 19 two weeks later I came back and tried to use the fundraising card again this time the ASSISTANT manager Rosario wouldn’t honor it and said they can’t because it’s not in their system! I told her The MANAGER 2 weeks ago honored it and This ASSISTANT manager Rosario said he The MANAGER didn’t know what he was doing and she would have a talk with him. Very disappointed with this place and Rosario your just an ASSISTANT MANAGER you don’t know what your doing. I walked out of burger King not purchasing anything and went to Carl’s Jr who gladly honored their offer on the fundraising card.

Shout out to efran (sp?) for our fresh food whenever the bf and I frequent this place near 12:00am.
We can always count on efran to be there when we arrive at 11:50am even though they close at 11:30. I love my fries pipping hot & crispy! Thank you, BK and Efran!

Dude this place is a rundown!!! Like lunch rush one cash register??? The Manager was told right in front of me the mens rest room was clogged instead of getting on it, he told the Gentle man AND I QUOTE «thats what happens whn we dont keep it clean» AND LAUGHS UGGGHHHHH ORDERED TWO SHAKES DIDN’T RECEIVE THEM WHEN I TOLD HIM I DIDN’T RECEIVE THEM THEY TOLD ME TO SHOW THEM MY RECEIPT (understandable) but not whn she took my order and asked the manager to make them for me!!! Smh. Food cold was FAST BUT FUCKING COLD!!! The Oreo cookie shake had no cookies in it except for some thrown on top of it! WOOOWW BURGER KING YOUR DROPIN THE BALL BIG TIME!!!

Still sitting In the drive through … Almost ten minutes now. You can tell they are disorganized in there.

Shitty food, shitty service, shitty everything. But I guess in Burger King standards, that’s pretty good!
Don’t go here. And dont bother bringing any sort of coupon either.

If I could rate any lower, I definitely would. This burger king is not only poor in its aesthetic appeal but the customer service is complete garbage. The man who seemed to be the manager who only had 2 customers and a handful of drive in customers took 10 minutes not even TAKE my order. Another employee had to take it because I’d been standing in the line for so long. Yeah. It took 10 full minutes from the point I stood in front the desk. Never going here again for business.

Came here to grab a late nite chicken sandwich. Takes a while in the drive thru but the service is good. They were friendly and nice! While sittin here in the drive thru we seen a chase with alot of police tailing and the helicopter. Gotta love it!!!

This is the best Burger King I’ve been to, by far in terms of quality, yet I’m still only giving it 3 stars. Yeah there are a few frills, like the soda machine and the menus look cool, but so what. It’s still Burger King, just much better quality than others. Might I remind you again, I still only gave it 3 stars. Just don’t go to other locations. Trust me. With other BK locations, the Porcelain Goddess ended up being my friend for a while. That and a few shots of Pepto Bismo.
Wheelchair Accessibility: Yep, I do that. The ramp was pretty damn skinny, it barely fit my chair. Not sure how a motorized chair would fit on it. There’s only one handicapped parking spot, and the extra space is on the passenger side. They should make the spot next to it handicapped as well, so it’s accessible to handicapped drivers like myself. I got lucky, no one was parked there so that’s where I ended up parking.
Be advised: When leaving the restaurant and making a right-​turn back onto Valley View from the parking lot, it is difficult to see oncoming traffic. The street curves. Wait for the signal to turn Red for traffic to slow, or exit on the side of Lampson and make a U-​turn if necessary.

World’s worst Burger King. Went there yesterday for lunch.
I had been there before about two years ago, and it was fine, but this time was the worst fast food experience I have had in months.
Service:
I placed my order and while the order taker was confirming it, a kitchen employee came up to him, interrupted us and began a loud conversation with him as i was standing there. Unfrickingbelievable! It continued until I had to interrupt them and ask about my order confirmation.
Cleanliness:
Order taker looked dirty like he just cleaned the kitchen. However from the looks of the place I doubt that is what got him dirty. The parking lot was strewn with rubbish and food items. The dining room was dirty and smelled stale.
Facilities:
Rest room was out of order. No option for another, Unacceptable.
Food:
Was surprisingly acceptable, but the new fries that are supposed to be cooked in light oil tasted oily as if they were in the high-​fat stuff. Didn’t they get the memo?
A telling point was that i was there at lunch time and there was nobody else in the dining room and no drive through traffic at all. Just me. I should have figured…
I will NEVER go back to this armpit again.

Is this a burger or just something I can make at home? Nothing special, I miss the old fries, burger is meh here, service is slow.

This place has little traffic and good customer service. one time they got my order completely wrong but that instance never happened again after my many return visits.

food is ok. place was ok. i would eat here again. nothing special about this location, regular burger king. only thing i didnt like was the liquor store right across the way. There were 3 guys hanging out front drinking beers mid day.

After I got a nasty «compliment» from an apparent employee at this location, I headed straight to Burger King.
1. Gil, please read the DATE of which the review was written. You weren’t working here in 2011. This particular BK had a whole new set of staff put in during 2012. You just started working here, huh? Because if you were a long time employee, you’d know the previous assistant manager really had a bad dye job and sharpie eyebrows. Also, please have the balls to use your real name on Unilocal.Hiding behind a dog that possibly isn’t yours is just… pathetic.
2. Thank you management for making amends and apologizing for this particular employee. Even though you didn’t figure out who it was it did mean a lot to me that you tried. I’m going to pass on the free meals. You guys once sold me expired apples. =\ Check the pictures for proof!
3. Perhaps this «Gil C.» is a girl employee here, calling me a bitch and a stupid ass. Here is my opinion on the girls working here: You ladies wear too much make up. When the weather is hot, I can see the pancake makeup puff up like a soufflé on your faces.
4. The only reason this review hasn’t been bumped down to a one star was because of the actions and follow-​up of the management. Gil C, you could have caused another 1 star review!
5. The food is «meh» here. Personally, I’m a McDonalds or Carl’s Jr type of person. After this experience with «Gil C» I will NEVER return to this BK again.
6. Ephrain, you’re an ok guy. Thanks for making my random BK trips pleasant. You deserve a raise and a promotion for your customer service!

Went there to eat with my friend and the manger was taking my orders he was very helpful (we came in the morning). I order chicken tenders and I wanted sweet potatoes fries instead of plain fries and he gave me what I wanted with the combo. The service was great after he gave us the receipt we went to go look for a table and the food came and they actually gave it to me and my friend. Sort of like a restaurant, food was amazing and delish. Since I haven’t been in BK for a long time, this service makes me want to go more.

Keep forgetting to Unilocal before I order not while im waiting for my order. Geh -.-

Ordered a BK Value Bacon Burger with Mayo & Mustard only. got Bun, Patty and lots of mustard and some mayo. Where the heck is the Bacon guys???
Waiting at the window I noticed inside there was a couple standing at the counter waiting before I pulled up. They were still waiting when I drove away. Dont know if they were waiting for their food to go or what but they looked pissed.
Wont waste my time here. Many BK’s have low ratings around my area. I do say this was the worst for me among them. Ill drive another block and go to a different Burger place.

20 minutes for 3 ultimate breakfast combo. How hard is it to get your food fast? This is the worst managed BK ever!
