Euclid Nursery

if I could give this place a zero I would. absolute worse customer service I’ve ever had. asked the guy at the counter regarding price of ground cover, turned his back to me, swruged his shoulders and said I dont. I guess if your not asian this place doesn’t need or want your money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The place looks like a house that was converted into a garden. The owner looked like someone who has a hot temper and I could tell that he tried his best not to be impatient while he was walking me to the spot that has the plant I was looking for. This place seems to be specialized in fruit trees. I think the price is pretty on par with other nurseries around the area. The only thing is, I was also trying to pick the right words to say to him so I would not offend him. He looked like someone who would be easily offended. I did not buy anything and I was very polite the whole entire time so he would not get pissed off at me. I was just checking around to find the right tree to buy and I did not like his trees much and I also did not like some other trees at the other nurseries that I saw around the area. It was not personal. I wanted to buy his tree but I did not see why I had to do that in order to not offend him. I mostly likely would not come back to this place. I also feel that it appears that nursery business does not work out well for the owner and he is unhappy with it so I also feel bad for the guy.

I normally go to the nurseries off of Magnolia near Buena Park. I dropped in to this nursery and received the most rude reception. I asked for a specific tree and the owner in a pissed off manner says «i show you only if you buy». He said he could order the tree and I said, I need to see the tree before I buy it. He responds «you don’t want to buy». He begins to walk me to the back and again in an annoyed manner says, I don’t have time to just show. At that point I say, see you later. Do not waste your time at this nursery. The owner is next to impossible to understand and is an unhappy person. Instead go to Martinez Nursery off of La Palma in Buena Park. By far the best service at the local mom and pop nurseries.
If I could give this business a 0 star review, I would have done so.

whenever i call this establishment they answer with a «HELLO?». i have to ask if i am calling Euclid Nursery and they just reply «YEAH WHAT YOU WANT?!» i understand if you don’t have a strong grasp at the english language. but i would prefer a little more punctuality and less sass like i’m wasting their time.
