Their attitude is not good to the customer. When you place an order, be patient for your delight meal.

When I was a tiny tot, my mom used to bring my brother and I here after we were done doing ridiculous amounts of errands with her. We’re talking more errands than all 7billion+ people in the world have to do all in one single day. So after squirming around all day and looking up at her with my sad little girl eyes she would bring us to the bakery. It was an absolutely delicious treat that resulted in me at the end of the day curled up into a ball because I ate so much of their cookies and pastries and bread. Cream puffs are amazing, puffy and chilled on the inside with a creamy texture, oh yeah that’s why they’re called cream puffs. Their cookies are a little different. They’re not your typical soft chewy cookies, but they are amazing and for $ 1 a bag who cares if you don’t like them because I do! Even at the ripe age of 23, when my mom brings those cookies around, they’re gone by the end of the day because they are so irresistible. I’m talking Fabio kind of irresistible… jk! OH, and don’t get me started on their breads! Oh to die for! And their cakes, I’m telling you Asian bakeries have the best cakes ever. Their frosting doesn’t give you an instant sugar rush because they are so light and whipped and the cake itself is so airy and fluffy. Ok I’ll be at the bakery soon. Bye.

This place has been around forever, and it used to be my premier spot to pick up cream puffs. As I happened to be in the plaza(to eat at Light Town House), I decided that, for old times’ sake, I’d stop in and grab a box of cream puffs. Big mistake. Nothing wrong with the bakery items. But(yes, Austin, another one for you), the service was totally whack. The girl who«helped» me just looked SOFREAKINGBORED, it wasn’t even funny. She stared blankly at the wall behind my head as I placed my order for this and that, and she just tossed the cream puffs into the box without a care in the world. She wasn’t even looking down as she chucked puff after puff into the box. She just continued to stare at the wall. Her giant SIGH as she was ringing up my order didn’t exactly help matters either. In fact, I had also asked for two of the koroke’s, but… seeing as she seemed SOUNINTERESTED in helping me, I didn’t feel like BOTHERINGHER to correct my order. Whatever. I won’t be back unless I happen to be in the area again. Until then, perhaps the workers can try popping some Prozac.

This bakery has been here ever since I have been here. haha. I am not sure the exact address I know its in the plaza across the new«farmers market» which is the old California Korean Market. Recently I have been coming here often. They still have the creampuffs 4/$ 1 which is amazing because they are super delish. They also have the typical korean breads. the pine rolls, marble cake, redbean donuts, etcetc. The red bean donuts are really good… I had them for the first time today and it was 2 for $.80! amazing plus they come out warm. If you spend $ 10 you get 13 pastries. which usual korean bakeries do so always remember to ask for the special. PLUS remember that the pastries dissappear quick. So if you come late afternoon all you will find are cream puffs, pine rolls, and their 10 for $ 1 cookies!
