I was looking for an appliance repairman so as usual I went to Unilocal.I saw the great reviews on this company and called. MT made my appointment that day and arrived on time. Once Mauricio arrived he checked my washing machine and dryer discovered they were not worth investing that money, told me about his store and I went and purchased a washer n dryer. The prices were reasonable and he came out to install and take my old machines away. Now that’s great service. I really felt this is an honest family business. I would recommend MT to all Unilocalers, and thanks to the Unilocalers that directed me to this company.

We had a unique situation of where our washer and dryer could fit. We asked if someone could measure the space and Mauricio came out the same day to measure to let us know what would fit. We picked a washer dryer, which was in great condition for a great price. We went to other places and were quoted much higher prices, but these guys are the best. super friendly and helpful. We had the washer dryer set up next day. Very happy

Family run, super sweet children, eldest helped mom in translation with me. Dad fixes the appliances then they resell them in like new condition. Bought our Whirlpool w/​d, and it was cheaper than other places we got quoted. The w/​d were newer and in good condition still. Awesome! Cheap delivery, too! This store is very small in a small strip plaza that has painting and salon. They sell refrigerators and stoves, too! We had a hassle free experience here and would recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable alternative to buying brand new and expensive appliances. We knew that we wouldn’t be living in this place long, so we wanted something as temporary as our residence here. But so far, they both have lasted very long and still going strong! Thanks, MT!

The owner is a very respectable individual. Very honest and we love the fridge we bought from him. Delivery of the fridge was free and was exactly on time. I would give him ten stars if i could. If i ever need another appliance ill definitely be going back.

The owner is a very professional and understanding business man. Bought so many appliances with service calls and have never been disappointed! I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for appliances.

Update: had a major problem with the refrigerator that I purchased from MT Appliance. Once the refrigerator was installed it began to leak and caused damage to my newly installed kitchen floor. The refrigerator never worked right to begin with. When we first installed it the water nor the ice maker work. After getting the water to work in the refrigerator we waited another 4 weeks to get the ice maker working correctly. I called MT Appliance to have him come and repair the leak which caused my flooring to bubble in the kitchen. When I told him that I expected him to pay for the flooring repair because the refrigerator was still in the 3 month warranty period; we hand an understanding that he would need to reimburse us for the damage to our floor caused by the leak in the refrigerator. When it was time for him to pay for the newly installed flooring he refused to pay. I am a big fan of the small business owner. I too, am a small business owner, however, I have learned that MT Appliance is not a reputable appliance company to use when purchasing used appliances. I was very upset with having to pay for the flooring again. I plan to take them to court on sheer principle alone. I will never use nor will I recommend MT Appliance to anyone ever.

UPDATE. I did finally get my money back. Owner did try to fix the machines and offered refund. I decided on taking refund. We made peace. It was a bad situation that got ugly partly due to bad temper on both sides. I admit I was wrong about this shop. It’s not a rip off. It’s a real business which like any other business sometimes has issues. I wish we both had handled the situation a bit better.

Honest and friendly shop owners are such a pleasure to do business with. I recommend this place for all the reasons you’d need a used appliance store for… selection, honesty, and good prices. Highly recommend it.
