Nhu Quynh Tofu

I’m a new chef since I’m fairly young. Found their products in my local grocery store and ran into the distributors! They distribute wholesale as well as a storefront location on the address of this Unilocal page. They are passionate about their products and you can tell by how well execute their different tofu items. I would definitely recommend all their products.
They are local and made fresh daily in my hometown, Garden Grove! There is some piece of mind when you actually know where your food is made from. not made hundreds of miles away to be kept fresh through unnatural preservatives.
My favorite would be their fried tofu cubes (when I make Vietnamese tofu, tomatoes, and onions) as well as their silken pandan tofu dessert! Yum!

Here is a catch for everyone, a good amount of products that are organic or non gmo is not actually good for you, because they contain preservatives. Whenever I come by these products it just confuses me… because what is the point of using wholesome ingredients to make a product then you come in and ruin it with preservatives?! It kinda defeats the whole purpose of consuming organic and non-​gmo products in my point of view.
Finally, to my review of this place.
The tofu from this place does not leave the gritty feeling on your teeth like other brands. The tofu here are made fresh daily. It’s great that I can come by and grab soy milk and a few block of white tofu knowing that I was just made an hour or so before.
Another plus is that their soybeans are non-​gmo. If you are one of those food freaks, then you know how hard non-​gmo soybeans are to come by nowadays. It just makes me glad to know that there is a place for me to come to to get soy products at a very affordable price that does not contain preservatives and that’s non-​gmo.

Best tasting soy milk ever! .the other brands tastes like they are watered down.
but since i am used to watered down versions .I water this down with ice and twice the value!
Ohh and you need to try the Curry lemon grass chilil tofu .only available at the shop.

This place is awesome. They have tofu dessert with the best ginger syrup I’ve ever had. I stopped drinking soy milk due to all the genetically modified crap that most places serve, but this place has non-​gmo soy beans! It’s a plus since I have a gluten intolerance and try really hard to eat organic, casein-​free, and dairy-​free. The soy milk isn’t too sweet and isn’t bland, it’s perfect on a hot day over ice! I also bought their fried and fresh tofu — OMG, it’s super soft and delicious! Totally worth trying since the prices r super cheap! Cash only.
