bought these cookies at a local market (Dalat Market in Garden Grove) the cookies were labeled Vanilla sandwich cookies and were AMAZING! 6 in the package for $ 2.99.
I am not into sweets at the moment and I had bought them for my husband (now I’m into sweets!). The cookie part was light and flaky, and the filling was very light almost like whipped cream. A slight, and I mean very slight, taste of lemon in the cookies made them A+.
I tried to find this bakery but it looks like it does orders only. The website shows most of what they make and everything looks delicious.
