I’ve placed orders from this Pizza Hut often over the years. It’s only a delivery or carry-​out location.
Here’s what I liked…
* The pizza is consistently good (as expected).
* They usually have deals. So ask what the current promo is.
* The estimate is pretty on-​target.
Here’s what I don’t like…
* The parking lot is a little small and cramped. It’s best to leave the big car at home and drive the compact.
* Traffic near the intersection of Brookhurst and Westminster and is often congested with horrible drivers. If you decide to carry-​out, go in the later hours of the day and save yourself the headache :-)

Also Pizza Hut is too greasy! Talk about heart burn and farts but that’s stuff crust doe is dank!

they use bare hands to make your pizza. i wonder if they even wash their hands…

Reasons I like this spot:
1. Food tastes as expected for a Pizza Hut.
2. Food quality is consistent, despite the changing staff.
3. Customer service is friendly and patient even though the phone is constantly ringing every time I call /​visit.
4. Their work is professional and done in a timely manner.
I recommend that management have the lighting fixed. It’s dark in the parking, and I tripped last time I visited (about two months ago).
I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

This Pizza Hut is closer to my house, and I bought pizzas from this place for years. I can tell that the service goes down drastically. In fact, it is the worst that I go for my food, including Asian eateries. On my last visit, they gave me exactly three napkins after I asked. So, if there is 4 in my family, two will have to share one napkin! There were no smiles for the whole visit. That will be my last business I do with this place.

No wonder this pizza hut lost business and had to relocate… my large pizza came out with big spots of cheese missing. There were major spotches all around the pizza with just bread and tomato spread. I asked for the manager and the guy who hands me my puzza says hes the manager. He says this is how their pizzas are made! I ended the long arugrment after I said I’m not accepting the pizza.
I asked for his full name, and he didn’t give it to me because he clarified he wasn’t the manager but the shift manager. I find out his first name is Shawn. He decided to lighten up after i asked for his name. 2 star instead of a 1 star because they remade my pizza the way it’s supposed to be 10 min later. Was the new pizza worth arguing, ruining my mood, and waiting 10 minutes?
Valerie, the store manager, needs to hold her employees more accountable so they get it right the first time. I hope they get it right so they can get business back and move back to their original location.

I usually come here because it’s close to my house but every time I come, they make my pizza wrong. I don’t get how that could happen when I submit my order online and everything is right on their screen? Today’s experience was definitely notable. I came in to pick up my personal pan pizza (Italian sausage, pepperoni, and tomatoes). I opened it and the crust was extremely hard, thick, and seemed overcooked. I said out loud to the cashier, «the crust looks very interesting». He looked at it and said «yeah… It seems a bit overcooked». I obviously lost my appetite looking at it and asked him to remake it. His reply was «it would take a very long time…» How? They screwed up my pizza and they wouldn’t take the time to remake it? That wasn’t all. He even said «it’s fine though. You can still eat it.» Oh the contradiction in that sentence. He just said it was overcooked and suddenly it’s fine. The last time I came which was about two weeks ago, my pizza was completely wrong and the employee remade mine and I left contented. This time, I left the store annoyed. I ate the pizza and it was EXTREMELY CHEWY, dry, and the crust was so hard that I’m throwing it away.

Just ordered 2 pizzas and 1 was wrong. Called back and they said «it was our mistake and we can’t do anything about it» LMFAO are you fkn kidding me? The manager said that.

Just your typical pizza place. Good service, fast preparations, and consistently good pizza! Only 2 problems, 1 you can’t combine deals online and 2 they took away the hot dog crust! It’s only been in stores for a limited amount of time:-(

This is the worst Pizza Hut location to place your order. Expect to wait a long time for your pizza. Also expect to follow up on your order because they will not.

I order pizza for delivery. I waited 1hr for it and gave them 2 numbers so they could call when they r here. BUT they never called the numbers and when i called back and i said ive waited for my pizza for an 1hr and i told them wat i order and they said they went to my house and no one answered and also thyey called the 2 numbers but they didnt. and then i asked to oreder it again and they said it would be an hour !! LIKE WTF !!! Y IS IT AN HOUR !!! they sid they waited at ny dorr but they didnt. i know they didn cuz i checked my camreas. if i were i rather call dominoes. i belive that they even shoud get 1 star i wish that there is a 0 star!!! dominoes is way better than pizza hut !!! HEY PIZZA HUT HOW ABOUT U READ UR Unilocal AND CHANGE THE WAY ABOUT YOUR SERVICE CUZ U HAVE A LOT OF 1 STARS!!! (HINT) (HINT)

I don’t eat at pizza hut much, but the best thing about this one is that it is open very late. If you are really hungry and looking for somewhere to eat, this is the place to go! I ordered a 5 topping large pizza with (red onions, olives, pineapple, italian sausage, and bacon) and it was only 12 dollars! The size of the large doesn’t feel like a large though. That is the only downside. But the pizza itself tastes great and it is awesome a for a late night meal!

I ordered mine to be deliver about 1hr 30 ago still no pizza. I called back and they said it is going to be another 30 more min. What the f… is this? I have kids that are staving and still waiting. Very bad service and i will call the coporate office to give them a peice of my mine. This is beyond bad service. I wish that i am a lawer to sue the crap out of them. Very mad right now

So my friend and I ordered the $ 10 dinner box deal for delivery and we wanted to CANCEL the order because we wanted to add something to our order, but this one dude who picked up my call said we can’t do that because it only works online. Then my friend called a minute after I did and asked if we can cancel it, the SAME GUY picked up, asked why, and then HUNG UP ON US. He didn’t even give us an answer.

Pizza Hut guilty food, nothing shady or bad about the place. Some workers may have a bit of an attitude but not enough to compromise losing a star. Order through their website in order to avoid standing in the small waiting section.

This is the shit I like.
I only get one type of pizza.
Its saved on the system under my number so I dont have to tell the order ever again.
Cons if the guy is bitchy you dont get enough sauce, its like eating a soggy greasy pizza with topping and cheese taste.
I would rate 5 stars but you playing pizza hut.

It has been over 3 years since I gave up on this pizza hut (because the service that time was horrendous – the food wasn’t good and was lacking). But today I’ve decided to take a chance to see if they have improved. I was very impressed with Taryn, the cashier who took my orders. She recommended the special as well as the chocolate chip cookies. The order only took 15 minutes. I’ve ordered 2 large cheesy bites prep, and sausage, bread sticks, hershey chocolate sticks. Bread and chocolate chip cookies fresh and hot out of oven. They were delicious. Happy with customer service. Taryn was very pleasant and friendly. She is a great asset to this place.

I don’t understand the low ratings! I always come here because it’s right next to my house. I even get it delivered sometime because I’m lazy (i literally live less than a minute away haha). The staff has always been really friendly. My order has been messed up only once, but I ate it anyway. Parking sucks too.

Bad service, can’t take order right. Waited for my dinner for 2hrs and delivered wrong pizza

This place is terrible and they took more than a hour to deliver my pizza I told the driver dude you took for ever he said its because I had two carry outs and then I payed him and he was going to leave and I was like hey my change he was like tip I was like no plus it’s more than ten dollars of change … This place is terrible sucks!
