I took a friend here on a Saturday night for her birthday. We got to the restaurant around 8pm without a reservation and got seated right away, even though it wasn’t at the sushi bar. The sushi was so fresh, delicious and beautiful presentation. Everyone there was very friendly. Overall, it was a good dinning experience. I will definitely come back to try more stuffs. Make sure you order the Uni on monkfish liver. It’s my favorite.

I am a HUGE fan of Red Sake Sushi. I frequent this place because of the great food, service and the convenience of it being close to home. I sit at the sushi bar because Chef Tin always knows what delicious food to make for us! I’m generally not a rolls person but the FF7 is really amazing. Just the right amount of rice vs. fish ratio. I always get the Chef’s Special Sashimi plate too, that’s a must have. Chef Tin never disappoints. He’ll remember what you like and don’t like and make your next dining experience that much more enjoyable! Don’t forget to order the Red Sake while you’re there. A perfect pairing for a perfect meal.

Not sure if the server who took our order was the owner or manager but he was very knowledgable about all the fish and had a lot of recommendations. Red sake roll: very refreshing! No rice, spicy tuna, imitation crab, shrimp, and greens in the middle with cherry salmon on top. It had a kick of spice because of the spicy tuna inside. soy paper was on the thick side, it could be thinner. King salmon sushi: no soy sauce needed. Very fatty and melted in your mouth. Quality of the fish was really good, however the rice was too mushy in my opinion. Takoyaki: very crispy on the outside but soft and gooey on the inside with about 3 – 4 pieces of octopus on the inside as well. It wasn’t too sweet which was what I liked about it. I’d recommend this dish at the end of your meal if you’re just having raw fish. We were still hungry so the server came by and recommended he would surprise us with a roll since we didn’t see anything else on the menu that we liked. We told him we like toro and we like spicy rolls so he ended up making it himself. It had chopped toro on top, with rice, blue crab and spicy tuna on the inside. Pretty good flavor to it. Overall, I would come again if I’m in the area and wanted sushi. Service was great and they seem to know what they’re doing!

I enjoy coming here. Chef tin is great and hope he gets more special fish deliveries in because i will come and eat all those cuts! I love that the offer yuzu paste and that chef tin takes the time to flavor his nigiri sushi pieces for us. Truffle oil sea salts ponzu ect I like to appreciate my sushi and he really tries to give you a great bite. He talks with you ask you eat to get a feel of your tastes. I recommend sitting at the bar so you build a good relationship with whom makes your sushi! Its not omakase if you cant trust your chef
