Please! The original price we discussed was totally different. Everyone knows that we have to pay taxes & what percent we have to pay!!!

I never write anything on Unilocal,this is my first time, and this business make me have to sign up and write about them because I’m so mad about how they treat customer. We came on Sunday to purchasing a sofa 3pieces with $ 1350. On Tuesday they delivery to my house, it is too huge for my living room, so in the morning to we come to exchange to diff piece which is smaller. However, the owner lady said all sale are final and if we return or exchange we have to pay 30% for the restock, but the salesman never tell or explain to us anything about the policy, plus the owner lady told us come back another day to talk to David (salesman who was sale the sofa to us) to make a deal. And today we came, and David try to exchange for us a diff sofa, and he call the owner to ask for permit, and she denied to exchange anything for us, all she wants is charging us $ 300 for return the sofa (if not she wont return our money). We try to be nice and find the solution for fair both side, but the owner is so rude and doesn’t care anything to customer.
Finally we had to pay them $ 300 fees for return the sofa. All i want to say, please please please don’t buy anything at this place, u cant return or exchange anything and they telling the price different everyday, and all their furniture is so cheap quality, also the owner lady is so rude. I never see any business like this.
First thing, We will never come back, second, we will tell all our friends and family don’t go to this place, third I will call consumer support to report them of how they treat and take customer money like that. Lastly, I will write post or facebook, twister, Instagram… about how their service and horrible business.
