EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF but Dr. Tran is really nice, sadly. I called in to make an appointment with the Dr. They quickly said come in at 4pm. I came in and stood at the front desk, a girl looked at me blankly until I asked her where to sign in and all she did was point. What the hell? Then they told me it’s not an appointment and said it is a walk-​in and could not determine my wait time and that since I am I walk in they can not verify my insurance and will ask me to pay out of pocket for the day and reimburse me the next day. Okay first of all, I am an existing patient from a couple years back. I told them I can guarantee you my insurance is the same. I told her why would you mislead me to come here with no appointment at 4pm so you cannot verify my insurance? The girl says, I never said that. I told the manager I don’t have enough for out of pocket, isn’t that like a couple hundred dollars? The girl interrupts my conversation and rudely says, I never said that! Then I decide to pay the $ 50 charge and wanted to move on and get the fuck out of this place as fast as possible. Since dr. Tran is so nice I scheduled an appointment two days later for a physical. I called on Friday two hours before my appointment to reschedule and they rudely told me I am not scheduled, doubted me and hung up

RUDE ass staff !!! No customer skill what so ever. I’m a new patient and was nice enough to call and reschedule an appointment a weak early but instead I got an attitude by the FOB ass staff. I ask for her but she resist to answer and hang up the phone. I can’t wait to meet her and see how f**k up she is.

I just had my PPD skin test there last week at their new location which is not far from the old one. It’s very clean. The staffs are very friendly, especial Ms Tina. She helped me with taking blood test and the injections. She is very nice. And the doctor is also super nice. I took the test on Wednesday and got the results on the weekend.

Doctor is nice but front office staff is rude and unprofessional. Asked for appt and they said «nooo you can’t come on dat day you come on dis day OK!?» Then hang up real fast before I even can say OK, straight fob ghetto voice lol!
