Baskin Robbins

we bought an ice cream cake. Took it home, ate it and realized the cake must have been made for a while. The cake itself is very dry and it is an indication that it’s been out in the freezer for way too long. Checked my receipt and the store gave us a $ 5 discount on the cake. That made me even more certain that the cake has been there for a long time and the store is trying to get rid of it. cake tastes like it is made of artificial cream and ingredients and the ice cream itself is bad too. The aftertaste in my mouth is very sour, which is usually an indication that cheap sugar (if it is even real sugar) and some other artificial ingredients were used to make the cake or ice cream. Now we are $ 35 bucks out and with a cake that no one will touch. Will probably not gonna visit again. I used to love baskin robin’s when I was a kid and now this experience really ruin my childhood memory for an ice cream cake and just «31» ice cream.

This is my third time here in the span of a few years (2001-​Present). I usually come back to a business after a few years to see if things have improved due to the possibility of new ownership or new employees, but I give a business up to 3 strikes and then never come back. It seems that each time I’ve come here, there is a guy/​girl that looks as though they haven’t bathed and have that «I really don’t want to be here» look on their faces. They are really stingy with the portions & they use cheap whipped cream because less than 10 minutes after it goes on a sundae, it becomes a puddle. If you want great service, go to the one on Inglewood & Marine.

Stopped in here last week to get a lil’ ice cream fix. I wanted something coffee-​ish but apparently all their coffee flavored items are just that. Coffee flavored.
The windows are littered with posters about this deal or that deal. Maybe I should of payed more attention to em because 4 scoops, a cup and a cone were more than I expected.

I’ve passed by this location for many years without going inside. For my first visit today the service was very friendly and quick. And this Jamoca Almond Fudge is perfectly creamy… it’s the Lick!!!

We went to this location for ice cream today, my hubby got a hot fudge sundae and I asked for a scoop of praline, the place was packed with only one person scooping ice cream and taking payment, the single scoop was vanilla ice cream when I went to eat it, my advice is that you watch, them scoop your ice cream unless you like plain vanilla ice cream.

Pre ordered a birthday cake online. It was ready at the time I requested when I picked it up. This location doesn’t look too clean though. And the area is kind of hood.

This place has the best bananas I have ever tasted in the ice cream in my entire life. In the cookies and cream be prepared to be knocked out your socks

Talk about attitude. The service here sucks if you don’t like your job find a new one. This is a place where you should be able to bring your kids for a treat and good nice service. Sad

so i had gotten out of work it was hot as fuck so i walk in this baskin robbins and i find 3 employees drinking alcohol like if they were having a fucken party i ask the fat bitch with the glasses for a scoop of ice cream and she ignores me like if shes fucken stupid so i ask her again for my scoop of icecream and the fat whale looking bitch skimps out my icecream bad customer service i dont recommend this place at all

Service sucks. 5 employees looking confused as hell with only one customer in line.

Tonight I used my coupon buy 1 full price get other 1 99 cents … After I got home I realized it was not worth it scoop was very very small for my total bill $ 6.52
It was only 2 scoop Sunday which was fine no need for 3. Now I look back should have just went to Cold Stones

new looks fits well with their delicious ice cream… this is one of the oldest br31 out there… I love their Black Walnut Ice Cream!!!

Dude its Baskin-​Robbins. They can do no wrong. Its close to work and a nice place to cool off on a Summer lunch.

Outside looks beat up and no lighting. Looks closed. They obviously don’t care and I wish they would wake up. The only cool thing is the OG architecture.

This baskin Robbins has a friendly staff of workers. The customer service is as expected when your buying ice cream. For the most part the line is never long and you can get in and out with your purchase pretty fast. Over all this is just a regular baskin Robbins, nothing more nothing less.

D: Will Not return. They don’t listen, thus don’t care. I wanted two «fruit smoothies, no ice cream.» I paid +$ 1 each for extra bananas to take the place of the ice cream. So they still put in the ice cream and then wasted ¼, which was the extra ice cream volume — w/​o the ice cream there should have been no waste and I should have been drinking the full-​bananas I paid for. This isn’t the 1^st time my orders have been wrong here. Too bad Unilocal doesn’t allow 0 stars. Reform your store and take pride in what you do!

The store is often dirty and the young kids that work in there play all kinds of music that I definitely don’t want to hear when I got to get ice cream with my family.
Needs decent management to whip those kids in to shape and keep the place clean. But hey, it’s just ice cream right?

If I could give this Baskin Robins no star I would. This is absolute worst one I’ve ever been to. They had basic flavors and the scoops had the nerve to be skimpy! THE PLACE LOOKED NASTY AND RAN DOWN INSIDE. Not only did I hate my freezer burnt chocolate ice cream I paid almost 3 dollars for, but my darn cone was freakin STALE! WTF?

This is the worst Baskin Robbins in the area. (Yes I am a frequent of Baskin Robbins) The ice cream is hard and they keep the freezers too high. All of the ice cream taste like it is freezer burned. The owner is a really stingy Asian lady that makes the employees weigh the ice cream to make sure they aren’t giving .05 ounces over the 2 oz and she also makes them charge tax if you buy more than one thing??? It is better to go in the evenings when she is not there…

Driving by, I was stunned at the lack of upkeep at this Baskin Robbins store. They have the old-​style pitched A frame roof that the stores used to all have. However, the roof and the little discs that decorate it are all peeling and faded. It is sad. Stuck between an El Tarasco and a Good Neighbor $.99 store, it looks like the forgotten middle child. If they painted the roof, it would look so much better.
Inside, they are just like any other BR 31 Icre Cream store. The workers are usually nice, even with the surly customers who come in. I try not to go later in the evening, that is when the housewives with their 27 kids. She’s wearing her dollar store slippers, doing the ghetto shuffle. «What ch’all want? Nah, I ain’t buyin’ dat.»
I buy the hand packed ice cream, so I don’t have to go in as often. Across the parking lot at the Good Neighbor store, they ahve the cheap butterscotch, sprinkles, bananas and fixins to make my own sundaes.
