Quick N Split Burgers and Homemade Ice Cream

Poor customer service… apathetic workers… slow service… long phone waits… don’t answer phone for orders… closed when they should be open… non responsive to customer concerns… are they even still open?

Do you want a home made juicy burger without having to do it your damn self? Then this is your spot. Fresh ingredients so much meat Ron Swanson would weep tears of joy. Grab some ice cream while you’re here because their ice cream is legit (although seriously one of their burgers and a shake is food for two days).

Best fresh food in the world. This is the only place I will go for a good Burger, Fries and Shake! Love this place. Every single thing on the menu is 100% GOOD!

Best homemade ice cream shakes ever!

I was so happy that quik and split reopened at a new location and was ready for my usual ice cream with strawberry topping but left out empty handed and heart broken. I should have ran the other direction when I walked in and the cashier was at the table eating and got «flustered» when he had to get up and take my order. No hi, hey, or hello… only «what can I get for you?»…as if I was bothering him. I asked for the 16 oz or 20 oz ice cream with the strawberry topping and he fixed it (Mind you he just finished eating, and went straight to the cash register and took my order, fixed my order, but DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS) and put strawberry syrup on it and it was running from the sides creating a mess and no napkins, with no attempts to clean it to give to me. (Now, I honestly would have purchased the order if the attitude and the obvious body language that he had as if he didnt feel like dealing with customers wasnt so noticeable) So I asked if they still have the fresh strawberries like the last location and he said not right now, I told him, I wish you could have told me before I paid. I want a refund. He goes to the back and gets this big guy as if he could intimidate me from getting a refund and I said I want my money back. He gave it to me when he noticed that I wasn’t leaving without it… but I won’t be back. At all. When I saw how hot and empty it was in there, I should have ran for the hills. Its idiot business like that, that makes people say «Recycle the black dollar my ass.» You want customers but lack customer service???

Gave this place 1 star because the food was horrible although the ingredients were fresh but just didn’t have that taste… Place is run down like if it wasn’t managed. Their so called fresh waters looked like they’ve been sitting there for days! The fridge where sodas go is empty and doesn’t look appealing to even grab one. This place has been open for 2 months and looks like the place was just bought and the owner decided to throw a cook and server with home made printed on the front door… Never coming back again.

So glad it returned to my neighborhood this time. Right next to my barbershop so I guess I’ll be coming back once a week!
