Baskin Robbins

I’ve been seating outside this store for the last 20 minutes and their doors are not open yet and there is no one inside. Bad business practice when your door sign says you open at 11 am and the time is now 11:30.

Twice I went and the soft serve machine wasn’t working. Once the worker actually suggested that I just go next door to McDonald’s.

This Baskin Robins is located next to H. Salt Esq Fish & Chips Seafood, near McDonalds.
A single scoop is $ 3.25 (no tax either), which is sort of high when you compare to maybe going to a supermarket and finding a pint of quality (Ben & Jerry’s, Baskin Robins pre-​packed, Haagen Dazs, etc) for about the same price when on sale, or even getting a store brand or lesser known name brand quart of ice cream for that same amount.
However, if you’re going to do portion controlling and just want a snack, this is a good place to satisfy a craving and you don’t need to over indulge.
Right now, there’s a $ 1.31 scoop promotion only on the 31^st Day (end of certain months) of January, March, May, July, August, October, and December in 2015, for that one single day. I’m not sure what the details are ‘tho.
My favorite flavor is a unique seasonal one called «Baseball Nut» which is vanilla ice cream with a raspberry ribbon mixed in along with cashew nuts.
Parking is fairly easy here, and it’s fast friendly service.

I don’t know why peoples reviews are so low? I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and I love it the same now as I did then. Love me some 31 flavors!
I agree, the employees are a little blah. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. and that’s kinda shady. Haha
Other than that they make a hell of a banana royal! If you’re into the tart sorbet like flavors, definitely try daiquiri ice or the wild and reckless sherbert. I just got myself a handpacked pint of both: P
All in all I like baskin Robbins. This review is based solely on their ice cream… Because customer service doesn’t exist here.
Oh and parking is kinda tough. Depending on what time you arrive!

If I could give zero I would! The two little kid workers tonight, sine Mexican chick and guy, have the worst service, crappy attitude and tried to be condescending with me in front of my child! I asked simply for a half n half on the toppings and was told they can’t do half and half. I said I don’t understand you can’t just pour half hot fudge and half peanut sauce for my kids sundae? All I got was a shit ton of attitude, shitty customer service and some some snickering under her fucking breath when I was about to walk out the door after paying! Apparently the owner and the employees could care less. Never going to baskin ribbons again, I’m not paying $ 6 for a kid sundae and attitude! For that price the place should be spotless, they should have customer service and shouldn’t be assholes about it. Whoever the owner is needs to step up and start training their employees that customer service is the industry their in. If you don’t like your job go get another one. Unbelievable! I’ll be writing corporate office and I will continue to give bad Unilocal reviews. Clearly the owner doesn’t care!

They have ROACHES!!! I walked in looking to see what ice cream to choose and 2 roaches walked across the counter to say hi… Im like ewwww!!! Wtf!!! I Told them i was cool and left.

Employees here are soooo slow… waited forever to get my icecream.

I was so excited when my BF said «Let’s go get some ice cream» I was all like «ice cream and cake and cake…»
Then my grin turned upside down when I went to this location and found out they didn’t have any more Mint Chocolate chip :(REALLY!!! You don’t have any in the back?
Little to say I went back to the car with my sad face and no ice cream!!!

Went in June 2012, Still had a half hour left before closing time. Both employees snickered that I sat down to eat the ice-​cream there. I guess I should feel bad that they where reeling to clean shop and close as exactly on the clock. I’ll never go back there again, did send an email to there corporate office. Of course never heard a peep from them. So this is the next best thing, so stay clear of this place, not worth spending money if customers are seen as pest. Oh yeah, all there stuff was priced higher than other 31’s I’ve visited, I suspect this is a franchise. Either way, the place sucked!

I only ended up at this location because my beloved Baskin Robbins on Redondo Beach and Yukon was jammed with the after school crowd and looked like a Romper Room daycare center.
I kinda think this store might be a little more expensive then some of the other locations in the area, but in any event it’s Baskin Robbins so you can’t go too wrong with it.

This location is small and doesnt offer much seating in or outside the shop.
The young kids who work here on the evening shift have no idea what good customer service looks like so I only come here when I am in the area… other than that, I avoid this location because it is an unpleasant experience.
