This Carl’s Jr suck. They messed up my order. Found out after I got home. Called and they said to bring whatever is left back and they will give it back along with fries and coke. They replaced some, not all of it and never gave the coke the said. Instead they told me to call back another day. Time wasters and unprofessional. Do not go get anything here. They suck. They are no good.

I was on a time crunch and had to be at work soon, the drive thru service was excellent. The lady in the morning was very nice and gave me my order in a reasonable time. I really enjoyed the lady’s cheerful attitude, made my morning better. :-)

I will neve go to this place again! FIRST of all, the Latina lady at the drive thru always says «my friend» over and over and it’s truly annoying especially since this is the 2nd time I go to this place and both times my order is wrong! Also, paying $ 7.39 for a simple breakfast is ridiculous! The first time I ordered 1 breakfast combo and an extra sandwich on the side, they only give me the combo, no extra sandwich and I didn’t notice until I left since my tab was almost $ 8.00 I figured I had paid for it. Today, same lady, same annoying «my friend» and she asks if I want bacon, ham or sausage in my sandwich. … I say sausage, so why the hell does she still type bacon and I get VERY LITTLE bacon in the sandwich!!! See my receipt, she obviously ordered bacon! I REFUSE TO EVER GO BACK!

I pulled up to the 24hr drive thru @ 1:45 am and the lady working there had me waiting for a while then she finally can on the intercom to say she on break, I have to wait. When I asked for her name she just stopped talking.

Make sure they repeat your orders they will not get your order correct. I never asked for cheese on my sandwich they added cheese. They removed the cheese from the same sandwich it was disgusting. I went through drive-​through.

Just came from this Carl’s Jr right now I don’t know the cashiers name I went through the drive thru a little heavy set Spanish lady well I ordered the crispy chicken salad when I got to the window and she handed me my order it was a grilled chicken salad and when I let her know that I ordered the crispy chicken salad she kind of got an attitude and asked me to pull to the front which I did well when she finally brought my cell it out to me I noticed it only had four small pieces of crispy chicken the first salad she gave me the grilled chicken salad had a lot more chicken on it I’m pretty upset and feel I didn’t get my money’s worth and feel it was intentional because they screwed my original order up well you can bet I won’t be going back here I’ll go be going to Jack in the Box for salads instead can u see any chicken on this salad o. k I ate one peice

I ordered the Loaded Breakfast Burrito and let me you, it was not loaded at all. Paid nearly 4 bucks for a dollar size burrito. It was very tasty but the size for me did not cut it. You’re better off going to a Mexican fast food place if your looking for a nice size breakfast burrito.

Ok i never wrote a review on this one, I come here once in a while but mostly the drive thru when i have a craving for a small snack or shakes. The times i actually went in the service was ok.

I think one of the guys embezzles. Not sure. I just noticed whenever I go there and pay cash at the time, and I go often, I never get a receipt or even here the register printer make a sound. The guy would always be slow to give me my change as if he’s doing the math in his head on how much to give me back. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s just pocketing that money. 5 stars for the food but they have to get 2 stars simply because I hate dishonest people.

Came here many times and service was usually good til a few days ago at the drive thru. At the speaker, hearing some special or something of the day is not a really pleasure from some clerk with thick accent. She was sort of persistent as well. I just told her my order. Two famous stars and an order of small fries. At the window, someone else (some guy, not the clerk who I spoke at the speaker) gave me the drink. When I got home and opened the bag, there were two famous stars but no fries. I ordered two famous stars and an order of small fires but wound up with two famous stars and a small drink. Small fries and small drink, how could she have misunderstood that?

The carl’s jr. six burger is far better than mcdonal’s angus burger because the carl’s jr flame broil their burger so the beef pattie taste juicy and not burnt. Mcdonal
s angus burger and the sirloin burger by the jack in the box are not gourmet burger and it should be taken off on their menu foreever or change the way they make it because it just taste so dammed nasty.

On our way back from Long Beach the other morning stopped here for a quick bite
and got my fave, the Famous Star with cheese (yes for breakfast!) and instead of potato nuggets tried the biscuit and gravy.
I was quite surprised, it was very good and cheap, too!

I sure miss this place!
I just moved to another city and I don’t see any
Carl’s Jr. near my new apartment in Santa Monica…
so yeah. that sucks big time.
Anyway, I probably came here many times during
my college years. Drive-​thru is 24 hours so
I used to come by here after work and enjoy my guacamole burger combo* Lots of parking, great service, and never had
a problem with the food quality.

I came here last night around 11 pm bc I’ve been out all day with my family and we just wanted something quick to eat.
I’m not sure if this location is 24 hours dine-​in, but it definitely has a 24 hr drive-​thro. Anyway, I decided to get the hand breaded chicken so I can add it to a salad when I got home.
I think it’s definitely worth ordering if you’re there and don’t want a burger. They kind of remind me of something I’d get at Chic-​fil-​A so that’s always a good sign. Comes in a 3 piece or 5 piece. It definitely went well with my salad. Hehe!
The drive-​thro cashier was super nice and they were decently fast assuming there was only one or two ppl in the back breading my chicken. Hahaha. Plus, they aren’t stingy with their dipping sauces like McDonald’s. I asked for honey mustard and she gave me like 6 packets. Yay!
