I wish this was a better experience. My order was wrong and my chicken wontons were so burned and hard as a rock. I ordered Szechuan chicken and orange beef, and I received oranges chicken and Szechuan beef. The best part was the combination rice and the sprites.

I’ve ordered from here a few times because it’s really close to my house. Sometimes it’s really good and sometimes the food tastes a little weird. Not very consistent quality of food. I ordered yesterday online and it arrived very quickly. I ordered fried rice but got white rice and I ordered chow mein with no veggies because I’m allergic to bean sprouts but was disappointed to find my chow mein mostly all veggies and very little noodles. The employees are usually very nice I just wish their food service was a bit more reliable.

Garlic chicken not so good. Fast service and good delivery guy though. The sweet and sour seemed like store bought microwave cousine.

Yikes. While working from home I ordered some delivery via Eat24 for ‘Mis’-Fortune Corner, chosen for pseudo-favorable reviews and their ability to deliver. It arrived in a timely fashion, the delivery guy was nice, etc. etc. Straight to the point — the food was awful. I thought it would be hard to mess up sweet and sour chicken and beef chow mein, but it happened. The side of fried rice, as well as the beef chow mein(though with one piece of meat in the dish it hardly qualifies as ‘beef’), had no flavor beyond Five Spice Powder. The sweet and sour chicken, beyond being cold, managed to be spongy and dry at the same time, and also flavored with Five Spice Powder. Questionable cooking methods, and now a couple hours later, I have some questionable stomach pain. To add insult to injury, there was also a snafu in the order. I ordered(and paid for) a dinner entrée of the sweet and sour chicken and they brought me the lunch special(half the size). They also paid no attention to a request for soy sauce. Would I have been able to forgive this if the food had been edible? YUP. As it turns out, I just paid more and received less bad food. I would have been better off changing out of pajamas and actually driving to Panda Express. At least they never forget my fortune cookie. There will be no next time!

Part 2… yeah this place went down hill in just a few short months. Unfortunately, this review is going to mirror the bad reviews on Unilocal based on today’s interaction. Check part one though Blaise that also mirrored the good review. The customer service sucked today. As you can probably guess, it was a different guy on the phone and probably the same guy who did the delivery. He probably shouldn’t do either because he is now the sole reason why I’m retracting my good review for this bad one. Is it fair? I don’t know. But that’s how different this experience was to my first two experiences with this restaurant. I ordered large war wonton soup, garlic broccoli with chicken and crispy wontons as an appetizer. This dude clearly didn’t understand me because after repeating 3 times, he delivered 2 large war wontons and an appetizer plate with just 2 crispy wontons and other stuff I didn’t ask for. And of course, I paid for this confusion an extra 10 bucks. The confusion, whether intentional or unintentional(and I fear it was intentional), came from me having to repeat the order so many times. He came to the door and his demeanor was… wrong. He was brazen, he tried to be friendly but it was fake, he poked his head in my house and looked around, he took the tip without my offering(as of it was normal and on top of the extra price of the incorrect order). He didn’t deserve the tip which is probably why he just took it. We called them back but we had someone else who didn’t understand English then hung up the phone saying they’d call us back. We called them back again but I just got a text saying they’d call us in 10 minutes. That was 8 days ago. But no matter, we can’t trust this restaurant again and the extra money they got from us is the last. I don’t if they are trying to lose customers and incoming money but there you have it. Bad business. Unfortunate discrimination time. Sorry in advance. If you are going to call this company for a delivery, make sure you talk to the person who has a better grasp of English. He’s the younger guy and you can hear it in his voice. Not only will the exchange be much easier, but the younger customer service and, in my opinion, more sincere to work with. If you get the older guy that has to have you repeat more than twice… do yourself a favor and just hang up. Either go to the restaurant in person if that’s what you prefer or try somewhere else.

Bad and horrible customer service! I called Fortune Cookie and tried to place a order for delivery. The guy I spoke with didn’t understand a word I was saying, or so he acted! I was very pissed off because I gave him my address and he seemed to understand but he called back after 45 mins later. Me thinking he was outside my house(with my food). WRONG, he was calling again to get my address after I gave it to him twice while I order my food. So I cancelled my ordered by this time I was starving, and ordered from somewhere else. He told me I couldn’t cancel and decided to come anyway still(after a hour later) BS company! I went to my door and kindly told him to leave bc I cancelled my order and order somewhere else. As I tried to close my door he got his hand and push it back open! I threatened him by calling the police. Who does that!!! This restaurant is unprofessional and unfit!

I ordered delivery. There was a $ 5 charge. I ordered the food on It took about an hour for the food to arrive. We ordered sweet-and-sour pork. I ordered the shrimp with walnuts, which was supposed to come with white rice but it wasn’t included with the rest of the food. I also ordered the beef chow fun. The sweet-and-sour pork came with the sauce separated. I like that, that way the food doesn’t get soggy. The shrimp with walnuts tasted all right, but I found it a little too sweet for my taste. I still liked it, but I am still disappointed that the rice wasn’t included. The Beef Chow Fun was tasty but a bit too salty and I didn’t see any other veggie except some white onion. I kind of hoped they would be perhaps some scallion After the delivery man left, I immediately called the restaurant to let them know about the missing white rice. There was a little bit of miscommunication, but eventually I got the message across. The man on the phone offered some coupons for the next time I ordered. I didn’t want them to drive all the way back to my home, for a simple order of rice. The food tasted all right, and the staff on the phone and in person, are very polite. As far as the general order, it’s still very disappointing that it wasn’t complete. I will probably order again in the future, but for sure I will make sure that the order is complete.

I ordered from Fortune Corner Chinese on a Monday night. I ordered them through the eat 24 app. The delivery was very quick the food came fast and was nice, hot and fresh. I ordered the orange chicken and 4pc vegetarian egg rolls. It was very delicious. I will definitely order here in the future.

I want to re-emphasize that this place is REALLY good. We have taken out food now about a half-dozen times over the past year and have not had one bad experience. They’ve added a few new items to the menu and the ORANGESHRIMP is absolutely delicious!!! The shrimp are huge and not over breaded and the sauce is so tasty… highly recommend. We also really like the sweet n sour soup(half order), with some egg rolls(4 p/order) and and entrée is perfect for 2… but add another entrée and have left overs for the next day(warms up nice). I also want to re-emphasize this place is primarily TAKEOUT/DELIVERY…not much thought was put into their dining area(extremely basic and not very much to the eye)…but, don’t be fooled by the lack of décor… they put their money into the food(because it tastes delicious)!!!

I agreed with other reviewers. The food was tasty, the place was a bit dirty, and the price was a bit higher than the same kind of restaurant. This restaurant has a lot of potentials. There are a number of small things can be done to make the restaurant better. Clean up and tidy up the place. Fulfill customer’s special requests whenever possible. Give customers better value to what they pay. Good luck and hopefully, they listen and do what customers say. :)

I ordered two different dishes from them last night. Paid $ 2.50 extra for chicken breast on both and left a good tip. Except both massive orders only had one small, thin bite sized piece of chicken! Most of it was bamboo shoots with a side of water chestnuts and a downpour of overly salted, sugared globs of «sauce» that were more slime than anything else. I am not sure if they were simply out of chicken, but reading other Unilocal reviews has confirmed I’m not the only one with this experience.

I got the orange chicken a la cart, which also comes with a side of white rice all for about $ 10… I thought a little steep for Chinese fast food, but whatever, I’ll give it a shot. I brought the food home and opened it, first thing I noticed was the hot sauce container was almost empty and thought, «oh no it spilled.» But that was the amount he put in the solo container… Less than ¼ of the small sauce cup… I thought, «do you guys REALLY save THAT much money by giving customers the bare minimum?» Lol whatever, I have hot sauce in my fridge, no big deal… But then I started eating the orange chicken. First piece, no chicken, just breading. Oookay, it happens with some of the smaller pieces sometimes. I grab a bigger piece, NOCHICKEN. Hmm… Grab another piece, NOCHICKENAGAIN! All in all, about a third of the pieces had any meat in them. It got so bad that I would bite a piece in half and put it aside if there was no chicken, and at the end, there were enough empty pieces for another small order! I seriously think they threw breading into the fryer to fill up the plate… Did I come on a bad day? Were they out of chicken? I think they are just cheap people. Fortune Corner, you might’ve «cheapened» me out of $ 10 this time, but I guarantee you’ll never see another dime out of me again!

Ordered delivery from Fortune Corner for the first time. Overall, everything was A-OK. They are not as expensive as Asia Kitchen, but they give you less protein. We ordered: Orange chicken Chicken fried rice Szechuan shrimp Beef Broccoli Everything was a solid three star.

The soggiest, most foul tasting Chinese food I have ever had. I had to throw it away. I ordered sesame beef but that was not beef. Yuck. I took two bites and threw the food away. The restaurant refused to refund anything. It doesn’t even deserve one star. Gross.

I’m happy I found a nice place to order Chinese food when I’m too lazy to go out! Haha. I ordered the wonton soup, cream cheese and wonton, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, and combination rice. Everything turned out good, but the combination rice was my FAVORITE! I should have gotten 2 orders of it because we demolished it!(: They brought everything in a timely manner, but forgot the chicken teriyaki. I called and let them know and they brought it to me ASAP! I really appreciated how kind they were to me on the phone and in person! Yummy takeout and good customer service!

Delicious! They are on my list of loves for not using msg, fast, friendly delivery and most importantly, great Chinese food. Everyone in my family loves this place! So far I have ordered: Tofu with mild spice-flavorful and still pretty spicy Chicken string bean-the chicken was good, not dry, this is probably my favorite dish of theirs Sweet and sour chicken: they deliver it with the sauce on the side. This is good since it keeps the chicken crispy and you can control how much sauce goes on Broccoli beef: good but slightly on the salty side Wonton soup: they give a good amount, the flavor is ok, others in my family loved this, also I am just not a fan of wonton soup in general. And that is all for now! I will have to try other stuff.
